Hayley, the hostess was very welcoming and provided us everything we needed. The location was a on a large lot in a very small time which we all loved. We could roam around the property and relax in one of the many areas that had chairs so one could relax. The flowers were beginning to bloom including several trees one the property.

I think that this was a perfect setting for my husband and I and our friends. There was nothing that I did not like.

Canyons bed-and-breakfast is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nowhere. Perfectly situated between two national parks, the location was great for us. The room was spotless, and the grounds were lovely to relax after a full day of hiking. The hosts were super helpful offering suggestions on where to go and how to do things. Every morning the breakfasts were a delicious treat! A wonderful place to stay if you’re spending time in the Escalante area!

The biggest plus of the entire experience is the family who owns this B&B. They were engaging and you could tell they were passionate about making sure the guest experience was exceptional. From the amazing breakfasts in the morning to the cheerful smiles of the two girls while helping in the garden, it made us feel like home. I can't wait to go back again.

The property was easy to find and was very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made daily and was delicious. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. The location was great as well. I could go in any direction and a short distance away would be a great hike or amazing views.

Dan and Julie made us a great breakfast both mornings during our stay. We are both vegan but the homemade breakfast was both beautiful on the plate and very yummy! Plus, Dan and Julie gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to go and we’re wonderful hosts. They even allowed us to pick and take home some of their home-grown fruits and vegetables.

We had some issues with the WiFi that wasn’t able to be resolved but Julie replied immediately and attempted to fix the issue but we still could not connect to the Internet. We were able to hotspot one of our phones to get around the issue.

The room is in a house. 4 hotel rooms in all. It was clean and comfy. I never interacted with a human, it was all done with messages.

They charged me $50 upon making the reservation. Overall seemed a bit pricey, but not much in Escalante, I guess.

Everything. Quaint and quiet. Lovely proprietors. Exceeded our expectations. Close to incredible hiking trails, unique canyon slots, lakes, incredible drives/views and fun food. Would absolutely stay here again.

The couple who own and operate this facility are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty and used farm fresh eggs and produce. Owners use fruit from their trees and garden in the preparation of breakfast and they are willing to share this fruit with their guests.The best recommendation for this bed and breakfast is that you meet people who are satisfied repeat customers.

What an amazing gem of a place! Perfectly situated between Capital Reef and Bryce Canyon. The hosts are so warm and welcoming. The attention to detail is superb! We stayed in the cowboy rooms and found it most comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with fruit trees that the hosts let us pick from for our hikes. The breakfast is phenomenal and probably the best part of the whole package!

this is an absolute gem! it feels like coming home. so clean and cozy. breakfast is just amazing. highly recommended. we will surely return.

TV didn’t work due to thunderstorms but we had our iPads with us.
