Sonesta Simply Suites Salt Lake City Airport

We had previously booked another "hotel" the night before coming into SLC and were incredibly pitboff by that property foray reasons. We had to rebook fast since it was nearing evening and we had a long drive the next day. We booked this room at Sonesta last minute for a bit more money than planned but everything we needed for a relaxing restful stay was provided for us. The staff was happy to help when we needed a place to wait while our reservation came through and the smiling faces were such a pleasant welcoming addition to our stay

I only wish I would have booked this property earlier and skipped the hassle with the other "hotel"

I've stayed at various hotels in the past. The gal at the front desk had to be the nicest I've come across with a good sense of humor. Since I was away for 6 days on a very early flight, she set up my pickup since her shuttle drivers don't start that early. And I loved my room alot. I liked the room alot. Kitchen and a large desk area if needed. Had a nice quiet comfortable stay.

There wasn't a thing I didn't like.

Everything was amazing! We stayed for our anniversary and weren't bothered at all by anyone. The place was clean. Smelt nice. And had baggage carts to help us out with carrying things. I was very glad to hear it was pet friendly. I'll keep that in mind for next time. The bed was cozy and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and luxurious in a very affordable way. Loved that me and my spouse could cook together and all the kitchens were stocked with most everything needed! Plus a dishwasher! Incredible!! Everyone was so kind to me and greeted me with a smile. I was just so impressed.

There wasn't a pool. But that's very nit picky

Initially there was a glitch in our rsvn (1N stay) but was able to resolved before we checked out. Thanks to the assistance with the morning crew & the operation mgr. I appreciate their action to resolved the issue. Likewise to the staff on duty when we claimed our luggage, helpful & cheerful.

The staff who checked us in, she's not helpful enough to addressed the system glitched w/ my rsvn thru Booking.com.

Location was close to airport. I liked the convenience of being picked up immediately when I called. The staff was so nice and helpful explaining everything. My room had a kitchen which I LOVED. it was quiet & relaxing. Everything I came in contact with was clean. Again staff was AWESOME especially the afternoon ladies. Parking lot was well lit up and I never saw any transients like I read about in reviews of the hotels down town, so I felt safe traveling solo.

There was no free breakfast provided, but items you could buy from their "store" on the 1st floor.

My room was immaculate, and having a kitchen, work station and recliner was a plus plus. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. I was only there for one night, but would absolutely look to stay there if I ever need a home base for multiple days.

I was a little concerned about my car because I had all my traveling stuff in it, but it was fine. The clerk said they have cameras, but without active security is useless.

our flight got cancelled into Seattle. they were able to accommodate us and paid for a taxi to the hotel from the airport due to their shuttles not running from weather. the room was pleasantly surprising. it was great and clean !! beds super comfy too :) thank you guys for being a light in this crazy holiday travel experience.

The room offered multiple sitting locations, for comfort of all guests. It is ideal for the traveling business guest. The kitchenette was a wonderful addition. Bed was very comfortable. The desk staff was friendly & helpful.

No ice machine.

This hotel has a very fun atmosphere and a quirky staff ( in a really good refreshing way.) I stayed here because I needed to be at the airport at 4am. The staff arranged my pickup at no additional cost to me.

We just needed a last minute room due to missing a flight connection. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and since we had to leave before the free airport shuttle started running in the morning, the hotel paid for a taxi for us.

The rooms were spacious and came with a kitchen, but the kitchen didn’t seem to have any knives or silverware.
