SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

We liked the layout of the room. It had a living room with sofa and writing desk station. The bathroom was separated between the toilet and the shower with separate lavatory for each. The breakfast buffet downstairs had lots of tables and food items were constantly being refilled. Front desk staff were very helpful.

We could hear our next door neighbors talking and television sounds coming through the walls. People were yelling in the hallway. Some of the room furnishings were showing some wear and tear, i.e., headboard padding and light fixtures.

proximity to the airport, positively surprised at breakfast: they have a waffle-maker which made very happy our kids and improved significantly their experience. thank you!

Getting in touch with them. it’s been worse than painful. as I booked with Booking I tried to use Booking messaging system to connect with them. no reply for 3 days, and I could not place any call e my phone. as the date was approaching I contacted Booking customer service asking for help, no reply there as well (very disappointing!!). I then found a way to text Marriott customer service and they replied after 2 days informing their hotel. when I talked with Springhill they tell me they do not read messages from Booking system, then my question: who takes care of customers if the hotel doesn’t read messages thru Booking system and Booking doesn’t support either? Very very disappointing

Good room layout. Room cleaning staff were courteous and helpful.

We stayed here earlier in our trip. We were surprised to get the same room again. Noisy neighbors. Hotel website should note that there is lots of free parking around the building and they should post the hours for the free airport shuttle. If your flight arrives after midnight, there is no airport shuttle service available. You have get Uber or taxi to the hotel.

The pool has a so much clorox we can't stay there for more then 20 min was itchin on the skin and at the eyes was horrible ...and the turn on the heater was imposible to be there..if you don't want people to stay for a long time just let us know...I stay at other hotel of u guys ant they told us was a limit of time to inside so all the clients can enjoy their space I think that's very respectful and good way to let us know we have to be conciuos and leave at on good time..don't make people run please..but this is nothing compare to al the rest of thing its perfect the all place was awesome

The staff is amazing! The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Spacious rooms with separate living area. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was nice to grab in the morning before work. A nice variety including fruit yogurt and coffee.

The room had s few imperfections. The door to the shower area was off track. Toilet was too low to the ground. And the faucet in the bathroom leaked around base. That was just in my room. I do not know what the other rooms were like. The shower floor was like it had been painted but had not dried so hot water was causing it to peel a bit.

Perfect hotel for our stay. Booked a queen with sofa bed, but ended up with 2 queens at check out-- perfect for our third person! The hotel staff was so friendly and there was an airport shuttle to and from. The location was near other hotels, not many restaurants/attractions around. The free breakfast was fantastic with a waffle machine.

The main lobby smelled too strong of cleaning solution. However I appreciate that the entire place felt very clean. Wish there were closer restaurants but that's not a big deal if you have a car. Would still recommend highly.

Breakfast was good, I wished there was a meat available but that’s not a big deal. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels and pool noodles. Bed was comfortable.

I called the hotel a few times over the month leading up to my stay. I had booked 7 rooms so I was trying to make arrangements for our group. I got conflicting information almost every time I called. It all worked out in the end just how we needed which I was extremely grateful for but it was frustrating at times being given different information depending on who I spoke to.

The staff is absolutely the best I have encountered. They go above and beyond each and every time. I feel like I am coming home every day instead of a hotel. They keep everything clean and I love having transportation to and from the airport.

Shower head needed to be replaced. Door to shower room was off track. The shower floor was peeling. The linen was worn had some tears.

staff was so kind. we had to arrive early in the morning due to a cancellation on our flight and the staff allowed us to check in before the time. Vincent was so kind the TV was not working so he upgraded our room and gave us some drink he elevated the experience 100% !!!

Great clean hotel. The location was great. I was able to get the view of the mountains that I desired.

The hotel orders food that is mixed with meat. It would be great if the hotel considers vegetarians or vegans. I recommend that they provide guests with a breakfast that does not have beef and potatoes mixed in with beef/sausage. They told me that the food provider has the beef and potatoes premixed before arrival to the hotel.
