Hilton Garden Inn - Salt Lake City Airport

The place was clean and well maintained. Coffee was free. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

I was not happy that there was not a complimentary breakfast. If you want breakfast you have to pay $11 to get scrambled eggs and some meat and make yourself waffle. There was a cereal option and juice. Definitely not worth $11

Using the Hilton Honors App, was able to select our room. Room was big and clean. Location was good. Shuttle runs 24 hours. Convenient for overnight stay.

cumbersome to call the hotel for the shuttle services... would be helpful to note that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is shared with Homewood Suites.

We liked how close it was to the airport since we were only there due to missing a connection flight. The hotel is clean, bright, comfortable. The front desk is polite and responsive.

The breakfast part was confusing because I had booked the room as “breakfast included”, but then when we got downstairs we were presented with a menu stating that breakfast was $9. In the end and after asking we weren’t charged for the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre and we’ve seen better ones on this trip at Hilton hotels at this price range.

I had a delayed flight and had to book a very last minute overnight stay. I purchased this hotel as it came with breakfast (included in the room rate). It was about 4 miles from the airport and they had free airport shuttle. It’s prime location to the airport, but I don’t know what else is around. I arrived late at night and checked out by 8 am so I didn’t spend much time here but it served its purpose.

Service at breakfast was just okay but not very responsive. The refrigerated butter was stone cold and too hard to spread on my toast. The mattress dipped from overuse and should be replaced.

The staff although not rude nor unfriendly could use some training in communication skills. For example, it was necessary that I utilize the airport shuttle service. I specifically inquired at the front desk about shuttle service departure times but was never informed that I needed to make reservation. As a result, when we came down on the hour to go to the airport we were informed that no shuttle was available. We could have missed our flight. Please make certain your staff is trained to give complete information.

Great location for airport travel. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Truly just around the corner from the rental car return facility. Also, the pool was lovely for a late night swim!

It has only one elevator that isn’t very conveniently located. This led to long walks getting back and forth to the car with a whole lot of stuff, so it was frustrating.

It is convenientlly located to the airport. It also offered shuttle service which was very helpful. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay here again.

I did not notice anything that could be better. We were there less than 12 hours so we did not require any services other than the shuttle.
