Great complimentary breakfast!!!! Clean, comfortable rooms!!!! Nice and helpful staff!!!!

Vending machine on our floor was out of service.

I booked here because they offered a free shuttle service to the airport. The clean rooms, mini snack/food shop was a bonus, the staff was friendly and I appreciated the morning call reminding me that the shuttle was on it's way, so I needed to get downstairs.

The staff was amazing. We were locked out on accident the first night and one worker didn't hesitate to come help us get back in, even though it was so late. Awesome place.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

I didn't like that we could only have two towels for the room when there were four of us staying there. It's not much fun to take a shower and have to dry off with a wet towel because you only have two towels for four people. Even when I asked for extra towels, I was told I had to turn the old ones in first.

The breakfast was great. The woman who was in charge of cleaning/preparing/maintaining the breakfast area was very friendly and was very helpful! I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. Also, the woman who checked us in, and was always at the front desk when we came back from the mountain was EXCEPTIONAL. Her name began with an A. She was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond.

I enjoyed the breakfast, although the eggs were inedible. The hotel was clean, offered a great workout room and a pool. There is a pond nearby that I took my service animal on walks around in the morning. The room was spacious and the grounds are well maintained.

The eggs! Man those eggs were terrible.

The staff was amazing, breakfast fantastic and cleanliness a 10+. I really can't say enough good things about this property and the staff. This is what hospitality should be.

It appeared the breakfast employee needed more help. She did provide more bacon, eggs, and yogurt. IT WAS BUSY. We had to ask how to get milk, machine was non-operational. My first cup of coffee about 6:30, I noticed I took all the coffee so I went to the convenience store to get more.

Hotel was clean, swimming facilities nice and well kept, breakfast adequate.

The hallways and common areas were freezing cold! Turn down the AC! No conveniences within walking distance. Have to drive to find restaurants/gas stations/grocery.

Clean, modern facility. Water and coffee bar available. Very happy and kind staff. No specific rooms for people with pets. Provided doggy bags in the pet area outside. Great morning breakfast, hot and cold options.

I don’t think $275 is a necessary security deposit. $75 for a pet seems high. $25 a night is usually the standard.
