Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport

I booked here because they offered a free shuttle service to the airport. The clean rooms, mini snack/food shop was a bonus, the staff was friendly and I appreciated the morning call reminding me that the shuttle was on it's way, so I needed to get downstairs.

Great complimentary breakfast!!!! Clean, comfortable rooms!!!! Nice and helpful staff!!!!

Vending machine on our floor was out of service.

The staff was amazing. We were locked out on accident the first night and one worker didn't hesitate to come help us get back in, even though it was so late. Awesome place.

Clean, modern facility. Water and coffee bar available. Very happy and kind staff. No specific rooms for people with pets. Provided doggy bags in the pet area outside. Great morning breakfast, hot and cold options.

I don’t think $275 is a necessary security deposit. $75 for a pet seems high. $25 a night is usually the standard.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

I didn't like that we could only have two towels for the room when there were four of us staying there. It's not much fun to take a shower and have to dry off with a wet towel because you only have two towels for four people. Even when I asked for extra towels, I was told I had to turn the old ones in first.

The breakfast was great. The woman who was in charge of cleaning/preparing/maintaining the breakfast area was very friendly and was very helpful! I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. Also, the woman who checked us in, and was always at the front desk when we came back from the mountain was EXCEPTIONAL. Her name began with an A. She was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience because the rates are so reasonable. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

The Internet was a little spotty

Having stayed multiple nights I can say I couldn’t find a better deal for the price and ease of location. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious enough for two on a multiple night stay without discomfort. The breakfast area was well suited for the foot traffic and parking was never an issue. Facility was clean and fresh and the staff always pleasant and professional.

The only item I could comment on is the location is part of ‘Hotel Row’ but is typical for being near a major Airport. Access to the freeway was easy and downtown Salt Lake City was a short drive.

The check in process was incredibly easy and I probably waited in line for all of 4 minutes before I got my key. You truly can't beat the location. It's just a few minutes from the airport and has easy access to the main highway. With the pandemic, I wasn't sure how breakfast would be. But I was quite happy they had a continental breakfast and the mini hashbrowns were so good!

My room was right across from the ice machine, so it was a bit loud at times. No fruit at breakfast :(
