Great water pressure in the shower, and a lovely big bathroom. Shower is in the bath. Okay breakfast options, although the only eggs were solid disks ready for a sandwich (not scrambled normally). Also no waffles or pancakes if you're into that. Breakfast was 7-10am. The pool is heated year round apparently. We didn't use it but it looked lovely.

Breakfast was nice but I was uncomfortable with Styrofoam plates/bowls and plastic cutlery. I felt awful knowing how much was being dumped in the trash every morning. I'd expect more from a hotel near a National Park that values conservation.

Room was spacious. Room had a bedroom and living room / office area (with bunk bed) making it a good option for those traveling with families. View of the surrounding mountains from the hotel were stunning. Would stay here again.

Room was overpriced for what is normally on offer in other cities where La Quinta operates. However, most of the hotels in the area were in the same price range, so La Quinta cannot be faulted for also increasing their rates. Was a bit disappointed that hotel staff could not check to ensure that toiletries were provided on arrival and had to be requested instead. For the price of the room, this is something simple that the hotel could improve and ensure.

very nice facilities, clean, well-kept grounds, great location near (easy walk to) a shuttle stop into Zion and plenty of restaurants; great setting. We appreciated the blackout shades with the lighted walkways. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for all our clothes, etc-nice walk-in closet. Staff was friendly, helpful and hardworking. We liked breakfast being included. Loved having a pool and hot tub available.

We like heavier blankets to sleep with than were provided, but this is a minor personal preference. Breakfast was the same every day. Nothing major that would keep us away from this hotel if we visit Zion again. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the Zion village in June was like Disneyland-very crowded, commercial etc. Not a very "nature-y" experience at all until hiking away from the packed busses, crowds, or driving up 9 to the East side of the park. Unless confined to a school schedule, I think it would be better to visit Zion in the spring or fall.

The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor (no elevators) and quite spacious. The closet was huge, could easily park a bike in there! There was a breakfast building. The breakfast had many choices and ample space to sit inside as well as outside. I did use that laundry, the machines were LARGE, quick, and efficient. There were 6 or 7 washers and the same amount of dryers. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was also spacious. We were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot to take shuttles into the park, even though we had checked out. Also, the front desk was kind enough to allow us access to the pool mid-afternoon after we had checked out before we left on our 4+ hour drive. Views from the pool were beautiful!

The ice machines were working overtime, had to be a bit strategic, but we were able to get enough for our water bottles. We did have a large spider in our room, but the kids found it to be fun to watch and eventually chased it out the door.

It was a great location. The room was a good size. The grounds were very nice. The closet was very large so it was used for privacy. The room was quiet from other neighbors. The shuttle picks up close to the property.

We didn't receive clean towels probably due to covid, but still was a bummer. The breakfast, (also due to Covid) was not appealing-everything was factory packaged.

The location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a nice 10-15 minute walk into Zion. The staff was very friendly. All the facilities were very clean. The free breakfast was hot and very good, a good amount of options. Our room was very clean and quiet, I loved having a window that opened for fresh air. And since we have pet allergies, I am so thankful that they keep pets in a separate building. Will definitely come back. The price is not bad when you figure in the time you save, not paying for parking and free breakfast.

The only cons I found were having more garbage cans available throughout the grounds and 1 more in the rooms. I had to walk to the lobby to throw away our dinner garbage.

Great check in experience, professional and friendly. Room was very nice sized, clean, and comfortable. Bed linens clean and crisp. Towel soft and fluffy. Water pressure for shower excellent. Breakfast area busy, since it is such a large property. However, I got personal attention from the catering staff, who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. Location can't be beat: 5 min from a shuttle stop, near restaurants and shops, and quite near to the park entrance.

The location close to the park entrance and amenties in town was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. The very best thing for us was the co-location with Zion Guru, the outfitter for The Narrows. That made it so easy to get information and to pick-up and return our wading gear - a big plus.

The room and breakfast were fine. Nothing special and didn't feel like good value, but everything was relatively expensive in Springdale, and it was just a place to sleep and fuel up for a day out in the park. Would stay here again if renting gear for The Narrows.

Loved the location to the Zion national park. Literally a 20 minutes walk or 3 minute drive. Breakfast was great but didn't start until 7 which is a bummer when you are trying to catch the first shuttle into the park. Clean. There was a water bubbler in the fitness center which was nice. We filled up our water bottles there.

The heat/cooling system was difficult to understand how to operate so we were often either too hot or too cold in the room. It works but the controls aren't intuitive and there are no instructions.

Beautiful location, accommodating/friendly staff. Easy access to Zion south entrance. Even though we arrived just at dusk the surrounding canyon was beautiful. We woke up to spectacular views and a wholesome breakfast to start our day exploring Zion.

I have a black car and the sprinklers have very hard water. It was difficult to remove mineral stains without pro detailing after it dried in the hot sun. **However, next time I would just park away from grassy area because the hotel is amazing.
