Perfect location for Zion National Park. Great pool to dip into after a hard day's hiking. Close to plenty of restaurants for the evening. Had a really good stay there and the heart of Springdale was the place to be to beat the Zion weekend visitors.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - basically a wrap and an apple to take away. The coffee machine was out of order. The large skip outside our room was not pretty - there was some building work going on opposite though we didn't see or hear any actual activity. But we had a great stay anyway.

I thought that it was good for the price we paid. Overall it was a place to rest our heads for the night and was generally a good place to stay right in the middle of Springdale and only minutes from the Zion entrance!

The only concerns we had was that the paint was peeling off a bit in the bathroom above the mirror and in a few other spots within the room. The heater was excessively loud but luckily a small space heater was provided to plug in. Also, the table by the bathroom was especially hard on the knee caps from hitting it when walking by. Not the best placement

Great location - shuttle bus stop is in front of the hotel, market is nearby. Rooms were clean. Pool was great.

Breakfast was a bag with a little frozen sandwich, little jogurt, very little box of cereals and an apple. It was awful. Also the staff was indifferent. We came 2:45 pm and wanted to check in. They let us sit in the lobby until exactly 3pm to check us in (the room was ready but they said that check is is at 3pm and that was it).

Perfect location right near to Zion National Park entrance, very clean, excellent facilities (we were able to do laundry). Staff helpful and gave our breakfast bags to us the night before as we were up early for hiking.

The only thing that could have been improved was the swimming pool area, the pool was full of dead flies and the hot tub didn’t work. Area needs maintenance but was still usable

Excellent location next to Zion shuttle stop, close to many good restaurants and shops. Free parking until 6pm on departure. Newly refurbished, spacious and well equipped room. Very helpful staff - on arrival a toilet flush was broken and someone fixed it within 10 minutes of raising this issue at the reception - greatly appreciated.

Poor wifi. Broken coffee machine at the reception.

Location in Springdale was great. we upgraded to the one bedroom suite and glad we did. It had lots of room with full kitchen which made our stay so much better. walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Construction on property had a lot of parking spaces taken up which made parking tricky if got in late. Also there was a very full garbage dumpster in parking lot that was very unsightly.

We experienced a very nice welcome and check-in by the helpful and friendly staff. We got well informed about facilities and outside restaurants and coffee shops. The room was very clean, with nicely arranged furniture and overall very comfortable. Parking was possible right in front of the room.

No space for taking breakfast yet.

Location was great you can park your car here during the day after you check out and ride the shuttle into Zion. Bed was so comfortable!!

Take away breakfast served too late. Most people are there to hike in Zion and you have to leave before 7. It would be nice if it was just in a fridge at 6 and grab and go.

Staff was great. Sophie and Julia were both great. Great customer service. Great answering all of our questions. Overall it was great, staying at pioneer lodge. Definitely coming back next year.

It was just a great overall experience. There was nothing I did not like. Even the rain was awesome.
