Nice location clean rooms and super friendly staff

I had initially booked a king room but when we checked in they had placed us in a double Queen room. We did check out a day early and tried to get my reservation changed prior to arrival but they couldn’t because I booked through a third party such as booking.com. I have always had the option to cancel a reservation 24 hours prior to check In date but that was not an option. Will definitely make sure that’s an option prior to placing my next reservation.

I love the fact that the suites were located very nearby, the national park which me and my husband were able to access quite quickly, as well as other little areas like the pizza shop that was close by.

There is nothing really that I did not like about the property itself. The only thing I can mention was that the only snag in the trip was while doing the check in , the lady that helped us was not very nice in providing information of our form of payment, she could offer more information about it, also about mentioning details of the breakfast and pool not just in little paper notes but by word of mouth as a welcome. However, Nikki who was there in the next morning (Tuesday March 21,2023) was fantastic and make us feel like old friends!

Absolutely incredible! Brilliant location in Springdale which in itself is a wonderful town. Really cosy and comfortable room in the building adjacent to the main reception. Really quick to get to Zion National park and the staff were helpful at explaining where to rent hiking equipment. The pool was perfect to relax after a long day hiking and the breakfast was delicious, full hot breakfast, porridge, pastries and fruit. They even had a small shop on site for last minute hiking snacks, beer, medicines and even laundry soap. There was a self service laundry room which was rare to find on our trip! If you are considering staying here I would highly recommend!

The location was great! The shuttle stopped in front but it was usually full. Beautiful breakfast room view. Property had a lot of amenities. Enjoyed the hot tub and be the breakfast. Room was nice.

The bathrooms need a few things. They should all have slow closing toilet lids, a bath mat for outside the shower, shower door should close, no long mirror- should have one, needs a separate door for toilet, hot tub kid curfew so adults can enjoy it at night with no kids,

The outside of the hotel was extremely well kept as well as the main lodging and guest amenity areas. They have separate containers for trash, bottle, and other recyclables.

Staff (excluding the front desk workers) didn’t seem too friendly. And a very big thumbs down for the key cards being disabled before the 1100 check out time. It’s extremely inconvenient when I’m trying to bring my belongings out to my car (at 1000) only to find out I’m locked out of the hotel entrance on my way back to my room to get the rest of my belongings!

Our visit stated with friendly check-in, with tips on what to do and what times of day to do them. The view from our room was amazing (although being on the bottom floor, people would pass by our window so we couldn't keep the blinds open). Breakfast to start the day was excellent. There was every-other day housekeeping which was odd, but not a deal breaker since we were in our room pretty much just to sleep anyways. Check out was a breeze.

The location was perfect for visiting Zion National Park, the shuttle bus almost outside the hotel. The views from the hotel amazing. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Plenty of toiletiers in the bathroom. Well kept guest loundry room was also a bonus.There is a well kept, good size pool, and lobby with the pool table. A small onsite shop with basic products also available.

We all liked pretty much everything but breakfast. It was very basic and limited and the taste wasn't good. I was also thinking that it would be great if there was a bar since there was plenty of tables and chairs both inside and out to relax in the evenings.

The location is perfect for seeing the town and getting to Zion...just a very short free bus/shuttle away; the center of town is a short walk. The views are breathtaking from any room in the hotel. Breakfast was adequate for the price and place. Comfortable beds. The pool area is well maintained, crowded weekends, not so much weekdays, lush towels are provided. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were happy staying there 5 days. We looked at other places, especially in town, for a comparison and none were better than this and some were quite a bit less desirable. It is near two good (but pricey) restaurants, across the parking lot. A nice amenity is a big fire pit on the comfortable back lounge with the couches and tables...very nice.

Wish the rooms were bigger, but they are the standard size I've been in most hotels. Breakfast could be improved - eggs tasted fake or factory made, turkey sausage I couldn't eat; however the oatmeal, waffles, coffee were good. Really bad yogurt - 'creamy' which is was not and tasted like chemicals.

I loved the location. It was beautiful and clean.

I booked a king suite and was given something else. The manager Jodi was rude when explaining that because we booked through booking they had no obligation to give me what I booked and paid for. Her customer service needs some improvement. The third party excuse is not ok.

The room was a good size but the bathroom was too small - not enough counter space. The breakfast was great every morning - the pool area needed some love. It was beautifully set up but at one point there weren't any towels.

Although the pool area was beautiful there was Not enough umbrellas and/or the ability to move them around. Not enough lounge chairs for the number of occupants at the popular time - end of day - for all guests. Wonderful location - and the city tram was great. The bathroom was too small
