Location was very convenient. The staff were great. We did have issues with our first room and they were able to switch his out to another room very quickly which was sincerely appreciated. All the staff are super friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast room and the fact you could take it back to them if you wanted to, but we thought it was a very nice layout. The food from the pub was good. The one complaint I would say we had is the desserts portions were so small that we almost thought they were a joke. I have to be honest it was quite a surprise, but we really enjoyed our stay would come back we were especially fond of the indoor pool which know when used but I said it was like having an entire spa to ourselves.

the indoor pool was nice but there was ant activity in one corner that was observed I din't say anything either I should have had 110v plug to charge boat the first night was great I could park my boat under the light and plug it in and see it from my room but the next 2 nights a big box truck parked under the light and I could see my boat unless I backed in beside the truck so I could just see the end of the boat from my room. There was another parking area where the box truck could have parked where there was other trucks being so close to the lake a designated area for boats and 110v plugs would be good

The staff was great, super friendly (Jenn & Demy were super nice). Room & hallways were clean. Fridge & microwave were very handy to have in our room. The pool looked very nice! The staff offered loaner umbrellas.

The hotel restaurants were closed Sunday & Monday (not very convenient)! The shower head could have been better (only standard umbrella spray). No dry cleaning bags, in the room to use for laundry (standard in most hotels). The nightstand built in USB ports are all USB-A where most people now need USB-C ports. The bathroom had no nightlight feature, made middle of the night visits painful to the eyes.

Thought it was a bit pricey compared to hotels with about same offerings.

Desk staff. When we checked in the credit card info and the room were all ready for us. That gentleman was very friendly and upbeat. But when we checked out 7 days later we walked by the desk waiting for someone to stop us. but one guy said good-bye so we left. There was a rather rude message on my answering machine from that guy saying my credit card was rejected. I called him back. When I tried to explain what I knew about my card he became short fused and started talking over me. He hung up on me. I left a message for the manger who returned my call. She was very apologetic and offered a discount on my next stay.!

Super friendly staff. The hotel is clean and smells good. The location and facilities were great. Price is ok. I certainly see myself booking again to stay here.

The mattress is too soft for me. My spouse and my daughter have no complaints about it. The breakfast could have a little more options.. like yogurt or fruits, but in general, it was good.

Breakfast is great, with many options. Rooms were very clean and we had two adjoining rooms, which I didn't expect, but was fun for my daughter and I. Hers had little sitting area, kitchenette with dining table, etc.

Pricier than I assumed it would be, but maybe common pricing...not sure. LONG hallways if you're not a good walker. I use O2 tank, for example.

The pools were very clean, the Windjammer Restaurant food was excellent, waitress was great. The breakfast was good and the coffee better than most hotels. Nicest Best Western I have stayed at.

The King Room was a bit smaller than expected, but still comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing and well stocked with options. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool water was nice and warm. Great for a pool workout on a cold November day!

No biggy but we had to go outside to get to the restaurant. (if I have to provide a negative, that is all I can think of)

The upkeep and condition of the hotel is very good. The pool was nice. They have free coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was good and well attended to on restocking items.

nothing stands out to detract from the hotel. Only thing I notice it was a bit pricey for the location.

My room was very damp. I hand I very thin piece of clothing that was damp that I hung over a chair to dry and 8 hours later it had not changed in dampness.
