Comfort Inn & Suites South Burlington

The eating area was a great asset so we could eat our take-out dinner, and have some utensils to use.

I booked especially because of the pool, knowing it was going to be a hot move-in day for my daughter. Was really looking forward to an end of the day swim. The pool was closed for painting (after Memorial Day !) , and I think that I should have been told that when making my reservation. Also, the small balcony off of my room was really dirty on the ground. I would have liked to sit outside but it wasn't appealing.

Free breakfast with hot food was GREAT! The fresh muffins were so good, eggs cooked well, and oatmeal perfect with all the fixings! the location is great so close to UVM, right off the highway, and five minutes from downtown. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

My only criticism is that the pull out bed my son slept on was literally less comfortable than sleeping on the floor. Has anyone actually sat on one of those? The thin mattress is loaded with all these metal wires/springs that are completely uncomfortable. I’m would be better to just have an egg crate, plain mattress pad, or small foam mattress there.

Shout out to DJ and Duke for fixing the non-working air conditioning in the fourth-floor room when we arrived on a 90-degree plus day. Brutal. Had to really lean on the front-desk gal but they came in and worked hard. Still don't think the attic fan was fixed two days later despite promises to call maintence man.

families with likely unvaccinated kids climbing into the elevator with me-despite CLEAR warnings that only family groups should travel in elevator together-kids were not masked and often adults weren't either. Plus selfish people leaving bags and boxes of garbage in the hallway-bizarre-would they do that at home??? Mentioned it to DJ and he helped right away

Very clean. Helpful staff. Able to supply extra blankets.. Rooms had hairdryer, iron, and board. Nice little alcove for frig and microwave. Decent continental breakfast. Easy to get downtown for shopping. Only 10 minutes from airport. Inn is on Dorset road with many shops in malls. Two food co-ops for stocking room frig

1) Our room was a nice size overlooking the pool 2) The breakfast was simple but most enjoyable and well cooked. Plenty of selection. 3)Staff were very helpful. 4) Good location for all amenities. 5) Very comfortable beds.

1) My only small comment would be that the corridors looked a little tired.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. I had a nice room which was pretty clean; the bed was comfortable, and this is overall a convenient spot for a short trip. Walkable to downtown if you don't mind a bit of a hike.

Room could have been cleaner, and it seems like it overall needs some non-aesthetic updates (caulking in the bathrooms, etc.).

No airport shuttle (the information on Booking.com is not accurate). If you need to get to the airport early in the morning, you'll need to take a taxi and they book up fast so reserve one well in advance of your stay.

Very clean, nice rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Our room was next to housekeeping closet so we got woken up very early every morning by the noise. Doors are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway.

The location, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They did a great job accommodating a last-minute reservation/check-in.

The shower floor was discolored, did not look clean. The air conditioner was broken, and the window screen was broken. To be fair, the staff was great about fixing it, though.

The room was nice. Quiet and good sized.

We booked a king bed, got a queen. Breakfast was a joke. I know not to expect much with free breakfast, but a muffin or donut would have been nice.
