Everyone was very nice at the hotel.... The WIFI was good . Easy to access so I could work from my room at night. I felt it is easy to get to and located very close to lots of shops and food places. The hotel smelled very nice when you walked in. Not sure what they use but it was nice and refreshening.

When I got to my room the door was unlocked and open... It looked like someone had sat on the bed. I did go back down to make sure it wasnt someone else's room. It was not but it still made me feel uneasy. The two nights I stayed went well. First night was way over priced as they upcharge for the Eclipse but the second night was a normal price. The only thing was the walls were not very sound proof as I heard the people's TV next to me and the choldren runing back and forth above me. I will ask for a top floor next time.

I did not like that you charged a fee for damage/security. I know it was temporary and it never showed up on my bill, but I have stayed at many places around Stowe (have never ventured towards the Burington area until now) and was slightly insulted that you would assume paying guests might damage the property. That was weird to me. Maybe that is the new America.

The property is exactly as depicted. It was immaculate, full sized refrigerator, induction stove top, basic pot and pan, and full sized Dove products in the shower have it a “home away from home” feel. It made it feel like we were staying in a mini condo.

I couldn’t figure out how to regulate the room temp so that it was just right. Also, the vent over the kitchen seating area always seemed to blow cold. I just shut it off completely at one point and it was fine.

AMAZING! So so clean. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast consisted of fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle maker, various breads and cereals. Pretty sure this place was just renovated, everything was so new. 10/10 would stay here again.

Brand new hotel we were upgraded to a suite, HUGE room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, a fridge, and mini kitchen. no pool front desk staff were great.

breakfast was the worst part of the stay - the hot stuff just looked unappetizing, and the person working the breakfast was very rude.

Walls are paper-thin. We could hear people talking next door, on both sides. Also, the sign on the front of this hotel says La Quinta. We drove around in circles to find the Hawthorne hotel. Please put up a sign that says Hawthorne Suites!

Had other plans for breakfast. Hotel & our room was immaculately clean. I will definitely stay here again! Staff was efficient & attentive. Pleasantly surprised!

Room and suite amenities were new and nice, more than I needed for a short stay. Easy drive to ski areas.

Some dishes needed to be rewashed before using (old sponge smell). Located near restaurants and shops but still had to drive (not very walkable).

Friendly, welcoming staff checked us into the hotel. Well lit parking garage with elevator access was awesome. Room was spacious and smelled wonderfully. Remote was not in room, and staff immediately ran a backup remote up to us. An excellent stay for a stopover in/around Burlington.

Very clean and brand new spaces that look like they were just built last week. Friendly staff and underground parking make for a convenient stay that is close to town without being in the middle of everything.

The elevator makes noises that feel a bit off-putting.
