Nice swimming pool and spa - good breakfasts - good location -

Some noisy guests and smoking odors. Wifi connection was tricky.

Extremely clean, breakfast is very robust with lots of options. Appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom: hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in eco-friendly dispensers. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. Staff are not just pleasant but wonderfully responsive. Next time we are in the Burlington area, this is where we will stay. Hot tub was magnificently hot and clean. Did not partake in the pool but looked to be in pristine condition.

If I have any criticism, it would be the towels by the pool/hot tub should be larger.

The bathroom was great, specifically the water pressure in the shower. It was almost therapeutic. Room was clean, the bed was spacey and comfortable for the my husband and I.

The elevator was a bit sketchy. It took a long time to get around and we opted for the stairs a couple of times. I don't think it handles weight well. That's really the only complaint.

Tastefully, fully remodeled, spacious, and light room and bathroom. My room was surrounded with trees. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt very good there. It was close to a great French coffee house La Marche, close to several parks and best hiking trails in the area, like the Lookover, Red Rock park etc, and Shelburne farmer’s market.

The elevator could had been vacuumed more often.

The size of the room suited our needs just fine. And the breakfast hit the spot every morning of our stay.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool and jacuzzi. This view was far from optimal. As a matter of fact, it was rather disappointing. Whenever we opened the curtains, we could not experience any natural light. The room without a view should have come at a discounted price.

Employees and cook customer service skills were really appreciated. Incredibly nice and helpful employees. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very nice hotel.

2 teenagers and 2 adults in our bedroom. 1 teenager and 1 adult found the beds uncomfortable. One of the pillowcases had lipstick on it when we arrived. I liked the establishment very much other than the lipstick and bed issue. Would still return.

The overall cleanliness, and modern feel of the room. Breakfast went until 10:00, which was great!

The comforter on our bed looked like it had snot from the last person. I guessed that sometimes the comforters are not cleaned/replaced after each guest, but this just confirmed that they are not. Which still grosses me out.

Breakfast was very good in terms of choices and quality. Loved the room, well appointed, modern, and clean, Clean, modern bathroom with very nice shower with glass doors.

The bathroom vent was operating the entire time of our stay. Could not control with wall switches. Doors tended to be heavy and made fairly loud noises when closed, unless you were very careful. These were minor complaints.

The bedroom was quiet for a good rest and had all the amenities you may need, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very careful, kind, and helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the covered bridges in Vermont and other interesting things to do in Burlington.

No complaints about anything

Comfortable atmosphere. I like that the hotel offers Dove hair care and body wash in pump style bottles instead providing enough for all guests. The pool and hot tub are a nice amenity.

I wish breakfast would last until check out as we are never ready to eat before it is done. The thermostat had no option for a constant running fan. The unit itself couldn’t be controlled manually.
