The staff was friendly amd efficient during check in. I enjoyed hotbtub in room. It did need some maintenance( one jet missing pieces) and i noticed it seemed to have been cracked at one point. I was away for mommy relaxing night so it did its job. The woman working breakfast was such a pleasure kept a smile on the whole time and made sure eveyone and everything was good. Food was perfect and environment was chill so to sum it up. Exactly what I needed

The hot tub. I brought my own spa oil for hot tub tho it would be nice for the price to have some goodies for hot tub rooms. I wanted more bath bombs instead of makeup remover while soaking.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay. The room was super clean. The bathroom was super clean and set up very well. Our king sized bed was very comfortable and fluffy pillows. Parking was also convenient. The morning free breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of both hot and cold food. We were visiting family in the area and will definitely stay there again.

I have no negative opinions of this place.

The staff and breakfast were excellent!!

The proximity to DC… we had to Uber quite a bit. We booked this hotel thinking that it was closer to the metro line. Also, the air conditioning system in the room needed updating. It would cycle off periodically and the room would get hot.

We were moved to stay next door under the SpringHill suites, which was conveniently located right next to the building. Assuming they have similar, or rather a dispersed amount of staff members running both properties, making for a somewhat efficient communication between the two. parking was also easy, but perhaps not if ever at full capacity usage. Getting into the property was not a hassle for us either. Staff was kind, resourceful, and patient with us. They reminded us of all facilities, accounted for any late night reminders of noise, and kept stays welcoming. Eggs were good too.

The view was nothing to behold, but it’s located by the highway which was easy for us. There was no hand soap provided, but i brought my own anyhow. Knowing the staff, if I asked them they would’ve most likely have gotten me one; just got a little lazy. The breakfast was okay, i kinda wish they had more selections on cereals and milk. I like a little fat in my milk; 2% more to be exact, but i digress. It was still good for a complimentary meal. While I’m here though the eggs are good, y’all gotta do more with em. Also, i saw the prepackaged waffles which was a good substitute. Idk if there ever was a waffle iron, but having that would always get me in the mood in the morning. Then it’d put me in a food coma for the rest of the day.

Receptionist was not pleasant, we had been driving for several hours very tired with young children and she was reciting rules etc like a robot. Had to ask her to repeat herself, phone was not working in our room and her answer was no one was available to fix it.

Location was great .. Staff was amazing...

No pool . They have a hot tube management has it closed. Elevators were a wreck panels coming loose buttons hardly working. Had a leak under the sink no maintenance on property on weekends per the front desk. Soda machines sold out all week.

the friendly staff breakfast was great and I love the breakfast attendance she didn’t speak alot of English but she did her best and helped a lot I had to tip her. I have stayed somewhere every two weeks for 2 months and this been the best hotel and breakfast yet.

Beds were really comfy, also kaballah astrology at tv was a nice suprise

Shower is weird, hard to figure out and occassionally too cold. Trash could be taken more oftenly

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, great breakfast selection, close to the metro station

A/C was noisy

the breakfast was great! whatever they are paying Ms.Debra they need to double it! she goes above and beyond to make everything perfect for everyone and is so nice to talk to.
