The Indian man at the front desk was so nice and checked me in promptly. The room was clean, but sadly it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke when I first arrived. The smell soon dissipated after turning on the AC fan. This motel is non-smoking inside the room, but guests are allowed to smoke outside, and I walked past a few individuals who were smoking on the balcony outside the motel room doors. As for noise, I heard some music and people talking on the balconies, but the motel neighbors were respectful and turned the noise off at around 10 pm. There is elevator access which is a plus for older knees. Overall, it was a nice room, clean, stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. There was plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure! Having a fridge and microwave is a nice feature too. I guess I turned the fridge up too high because it made my water container freeze! The tv is a flat screen with plenty of HBO channels. The location is great - only 1/2 mile distance from the last stop on the yellow subway line, Huntington Ave Station. The walk there is easy and safe. I also drove my car there and parked all day for a fee of $8.95. I could have gotten the parking day fee for only $4.95 if only I had asked the subway attendant behind the counter because I bought a 3 day unlimited metro pass which can be combined and can also be used on all the busses in the city.

I forgot to ask for the in room safe fee be returned to me at check out. There is a $2 or $2.50 automatic charge for the safe each day, and you are supposed to ask them to remove it upon check out. I forgot to ask the front desk attendant to remove it when I was making change to tip the cleaning lady. Oh well.

My expectations were surely exceeded. Based on the reviews that I had read previously before the trip I was not expecting much much but the staff were friendly, kind, and respectful the facilities were clean and comfortable and the location was nothing short of stellar being only 3 minutes away from a train station and 20 from down town. The price was extraordinarily fair and if I ever am back in the area again I will definitely be giving this property another stay. The parking situation was excellent as well as safe I had no fear that my car was going to be burglarized during my stay. The AC blue cold and the water was hot and had excellent pressure the beds were neat and clean as were is lean as were the restroom and bath amenities. My room included a safe fridge TV as well as a desk. And the Wi-Fi was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel as you definitely get your Bang for your buck and a little more!

My only complaint was a slight odor of cigarette smoke but no matter where you go whether it's a Red Roof Inn or a or a beech front Marriott you will always run into that from time to time.

stayed 5 days but no maid service until I asked on the 4th day, but I had to go to the office in the rain to get towels. They take a daily $2 fee for the safe. Be sure to ask for it to be refunded if you don’t use it.

Debie worked this day and was extremely helpful! I wasn’t able to checkin early, but she did what she could to accommodate me while waiting. When the line grew closer to checkin time, she made sure myself and another guest who’d been waiting a while were taken care of immediately!! The location is great, the beds were so comfy. I used to spend $100+ At hotels in the area, but after staying here this is my first choice next time!

it was clean, close to town and amenities and accepts pets. the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

the beds are awful to sleep on, you can feel the springs underneath. there were some strange characters walking around and sitting in the parking lot for hours at a time.

The comfortable king bed AND NO SMOKING. Good shower pressure. Upgrades to room that didn't look like a fresh, hastily done paint job called an upgrade.

Overall, everything was good, except if patron is having pets, the room need a bit more refresher, there were cats or dog hair all over the face basin, need them to be mindful of other person who are allergy

Trees leaning so low it hit the top of my head in the far rear right corner of your office or facing west but that could have been do to heavy blowing winds that was pushing trees and debris everywhere. There was “no” debris there. It appears to be safe and respectable location
