Great location within easy walking distance to the Train Station (Amtrak & DC Metro) as well as the free King Street Shuttle and transit bus routes. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate.

I did not receive the room that I had booked. Reserved a King and received a double Queen, was not informed at check in that they were overbooked on King rooms and had to wait until I got into the room to find out. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone in the room did not work so I went in person. Explained the phone not working and was told it would be address by the next day and not only was it not addressed the next day but was never fixed the entire 4 night stay. Just meant I had to walk down to valet to have my car brought around. Bar/Restaurant was closed for all but breakfast (Covid staffing). Did not ruin the stay but were just things that could have gone better.

The staff at the front desk was awesome. We dealt with four different people during our stay. All were exceptionally nice and responded to any of our requests promptly. The location of the hotel was great, just two blocks from the Metro which we used to go to the Smithsonian and two blocks from the free trolley which provides transportation up and down King St which we used to return from dinner near the harbor.

We only found one thing about our room that needed correcting, and that was a loose toilet seat. I'm sure that if we had reported it, the staff would have taken care of it. Breakfast was just okay and a bit pricey.

Beautiful location on the main street in Alexandria. A short walk or free bus towards the metro station, with easy access to downtown Washington. The hotel is beautiful, comfy rooms and beds.

No free wifi (for non-members), breakfast was just ok but they did not serve any cappuccino (only black coffee). Minor things but for that price you'd expect it.

The location was perfect, the hotel lobby was very nice and the staff was amazing. There is a Whole Foods in Walking distance and DC is 15 minutes in light traffic .

The rooms NEED to be UPDATED!! I HAD mismatched furniture and the rooms look very outdated. Not what I would expect from a Hilton.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and room was very clean.

The hairdryer in the room was very dirty and gross. We had to ask for extra towels (there were 3 in the room but our stay was booked for our family of four).

room: the Keurig coffee machine never worked. A hotel staff person brought a new one and tried it to ensure it produced hot water, but when we tried to use it, the machine did not work. I think this gadget is overly complicated and too likely to fail. How about a simple one, like say Mr. Coffee or similar? lobby: There is a notable odor when one enters the lobby area, smells like a gas leak. I was told this was actually a problem of sewer gas getting into the lobby area. It noticeably detracts from the ambiance of the space.

The city view room was great :) The staff was so nice about moving us to the new room as I had messaged to request that particular room prior to our arrival. I chose that location because of its proximity to the King Street Station, and it turned out to be closed, which is a bummer, but it's also a great location for walking along King Street to the waterfront.

The beds were comfortable and the amenities were as expected. A nice added bonus was the coffee available in the lobby. The location is great for visiting Old Town Alexandria on foot. The staff was helpful and efficient.

Both the room and parking are expensive, although I believe the price is on par with similar places in the area.

The front desk staff were great during my stay. Mykyel was absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our room and stay.

Coffee and Danish were good. Rooms and hotels were clean. Parking outside was easy. Staff was nice.

The rooms have thin walls, you can hear the neighbors into the night.
