I loved the location. It was a away from the busy areas but close enough to still be around it. The hotel was brand new so it smelled so good and clean. The beds were like clouds. So soft and comfortable. The rooms were nice and well decorated and had good flow. The bathroom was spacious and had lots of towels. The coffee was hot and the breakfast was mediocre but the waffles were amazing! It was also great having some Mountain View’s from our room! We had a negative situation and the woman who was taking care of us apologized and got us in a new room fast and upgraded us!

We first arrived around 8pm and we were tired. we got into our room and we Immediately saw the sheets were not clean. As we were walking out of the room, we also noticed the coffee area was a mess. For such a new hotel I was expecting better. But that is my only negative.

Wonderful hotel and staff struggling to compensate for inadequate staffing level. Excellent breakfast included. Very quiet and comfortable room.

First room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned. Hotel had to inspect another room to make sure it had been cleaned. Staff was very apologetic. Everyone we met including the cleaning staff was very nice, but having to do double or tripple duty. It was obvious to many guests how hard the staff was working and a lot of people were expressing their appreciation to them. Even excellent hotel properties are struggling with trying to cope with not enough staff.

Just loved this brand new hotel, which is a stone's throw from the Charlottesville airport. The hotel was super clean; nice fitness room, ample parking. The staff is super friendly and professional. Easy access to Route 29 and near a ton of shopping possibilities (Target, Harris Teeter, restaurants, Starbucks, etc.). Can't wait to return!

That I only could only stay one night.

Everything was outstanding. The room was huge and comfortable. When we checked in, we immediately wanted to extend our stay a day. The staff was very accommodating in granting that request. The breakfast was superb, and the kitched staff great. Since it was the end of the breakfast time, they even offered to let us take some food that was left over.

Very clean and comfortable. Great selection of sundry items especially for us late night travelers. Kimm-Night Audit-what a delight after traveling for hours, she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Thank you Kimm for your hospitality and humor! and Kim the following morning at check out-lovely lady and so pleasant! I only wish I could have stayed longer, great job Comfort and please recognize these ladies, you are lucky to have them!

We were on 3rd floor took awhile to get hot water especially in the mornings one of the chairs at the desk fell backward with my husband when he tried to set in it the other one was fine.

Very cleaned and quiet room, breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff.

Nothing. If all locations in the USA were like this one. We think all depends of management the hotel. This hotel meet our expectations. We will recommend this hotel and we will be back here next time.

The location of main routes, shopping and dining

The lighting in bathroom was very low, shaving in mirror was impossible for my husband and applying make-up was also very hard to blend. Pet fee was $50 per dog and we have 2 Shih tzu's for 2 nights. That seemed like alot.

east to find, looked like it was new. Any staff we spoke with were very pleasant and helpful - from housekeeping to front desk, the young lady who made sure breakfast buffet was well stocked. We were surprised how nice the breakfast was 😊
