The location was very good, The price are affordable. The continental breakfast was great with many options including fruits. Hot coffee/tea and mill The staff was friendly. You have to pay for full booked trip upon check in. I booked for 5 days but my work was completed within two days. My booking was non-refundable. The hotel staff was very nice, specially the front desk person Corie, who was well understandable and assured me that if I want to check out earlier then my original checkout stay - not a problem, and I will get the refund of the remaining of my days (non stays). I will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The bathroom was very small. and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The reception lady Poja was nice. She changed room according to our needs. The location is also good, accessible to many stores but UVA is about 7-10 minutes drive.

The cleaning crew knocked at our door around 10:30am and then again sharp at 11am asking if we are checking out which was little annoying.Need to be some flexibility at least for 15 minutes and if the guests are still inside then you could knock.

Despite the look of the outside of this property the room was really good. It was clean, modern, had everything we needed, even USB ports which many cheaper hotels don’t have. Parking was outside our room. Across the road from Starbucks. What more could you want?

Bed comfortable— newly remodeled room well done— great make up mirror!! Front desk staff great!

Breakfast cardboard quality— need more fruit even hard boiled eggs would be a help instead of all carbohydrate choices—- floors in room dirty and stayed that way for our 10 day stay — bedspread and blanket had cigarette burn holes and request for new ones brought a repeat of the same— just burn holes in different places

I was comfortable during my stay. It’s affordable, staff was nice, they had breakfast, and the location was convenient for me. They also had a fridge and a microwave. It really helped me to keep and warm my food that I came with from out of state :)

The entire property was in pristine, clean condition, the staff were courteous and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing overall.

There were no complaints or anything that I could point out to drastically improve the stay, location, cleanliness, or amenities.

My stay was very quiet and un interrupted the breakfast could be a little better but it was okay other than the breakfast a far as I'm concerned that was my only concern

It was close to the event we were attending. Also close to food and shopping.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was small but very fresh and good.

We got locked out of our room due to the extra lock on the door but maintenance was able to get us in quickly.
