The breakfast was good, they had a variety of food to choose from and they change it up each day. the location was good. The majority of the staff was good with exception of the young lady that check me in.

The young lady that checked me was VERY vague , she didnt explain anything , I had to ask about everything, where are the elevators, when and where is breakfast served. There was no friendliness about her at all. I personally feel someone like her SHOULD NOT be out front. All of the other staff was very frendly , willing to share information and courteous.

Location was great. Staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Did not get up early enough to take advantage of the included breakfast.

Only issue I experienced, and it was fairly minor, was that one of the luggage carts is in need of maintenance. One of the fixed wheels is no longer fixed and makes it extremely difficult to start pushing when loaded. And the metal tubing used to push/pull the cart is very loose and can be pulled out of the base (ask me how I know). The other cart was in perfect condition.

Our stay in genera was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, one complaint would be that The housekeepers were awful. I had a do not disturb tag on my door and they were knocking on my door to try and get in. When I answered the door, they acted surprised and then looked down at the tag and said sorry and walked away. My sister was staying in another room and they walked in on her once (used a key card) while she was changing! Then the next morning while they were taking items out to their car before check out time, they got back to their room and housekeeping was in their room and had put a towel in the door to keep it from locking. Personal Items were still in her room! Anyone would have been able to walk in the room and take her stuff! Unacceptable!

I really liked how the room was spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the room I stayed in to family and friends. The front desk was very kind and assisted every need I had, which was very minimal.

I did not like the conversation I overheard when housekeeping walked in while I was sleeping. I do understand when they walked into the room it was about 11:05am and check out is at 11am. I called the front desk immediately after I overheard housekeeper(1) talking very negatively. I informed housekeeping I am gathering my items and will be out shortly. I went to get a cart for my luggage and as I loaded my luggage, I did inform the housekeeper(1) her language is unnecessary and caused them to lose a tip. She stated she isn't cleaning the room, just removing the sheets for housekeeper(2) [who was not commenting much on housekeeper(1)'s nasty statements]. I also informed the front desk as I returned my room key.

Room was CLEAN and comfortable! Great staff, and it's awesome that coffee is always available and hot in the lobby. Bedding/pillows were great.

We stayed for 2 days, and the maid came into the room at 9am when checkout is at 11. Unacceptable. Also, door latch lock needs to be tightened. It was loose and not secure to lock the door from the inside. Although the mattress was ok, you should get new ones soon! Breakfast isn't served past 9am. What's up with THAT? Seriously. 🤬

The room size

My key went on the blink and I had to go to the front desk to get them to reset my key and sometime that did not work so the lady, working at the desk came after programming my key and she bought a spare key with her just in case that didn't work which the key that she had didn't work the one she gave me is supposed to reprogram did not work that was the only held up about that place overall great place to be I might have to return one day

Comfortable, clean, in a convenient location close to plenty of businesses and restaurants. Comfy beds and pillows, decent breakfast, and attentive staff. The mini fridge worked great Good value overall

The elevator closest to the lobby needs to be updated. It kind of jolts in a way that can either scare you or caused you to spill a drink you may have on hand. Or both. I had read about it on a previous review so I remembered that the next time and used the one at the other end of the building. Luckily for us our room was nearby it.

Location was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice enough. I didn’t have breakfast because it was crowded but did grab some coffee which was set up outside where people were dining so it was easy to get to.

Really good. Eggs, waffles, toast, cereal and more. Eating area kept totally clean. Did not run out of anything. Best I have seen in a long time.

Can't think of anything. I wanted to stay at Virginia Beach but could not find a reasonably priced hotel that didn't have rats mentioned in their reviews. So we stayed farther than we wanted to, but this place was perfect.

The location near the mall and restaurants. Friendly staff, Trazee at the front desk was very helpful, courtages great person. Breakfast was great dining area was clean.

Outside the room walking down the hallway carpet looks dirty.
