I have no complaints about our stay. Room was clean and updated. A.C. Unit worked great, no mildew smell. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Pool are was clean with lots of towels. The cleaning lady Rita on the second floor is amazing!! She is so friendly and accommodating, always asked us if there was something she could help us with. The Hilton is lucky to have such an amazing women working for them!! The front staff were just as nice as well. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out.

Exceptional, nice fresh variety of food. Plenty of drink juices, coffee. Staff very customer friendly and helpful. Service area was nicely arranged and tables as well as food area was constantly cleaned. Great additional benefit if you are a early morning breakfast person.

You had to pay extra for wifi. I have stayed at many much lower priced lodgings that wifi was included. It was available if you were one of their regular customers or benefits rewards person. I will consider this then next time I book in the area.

The room was very clean and fresh, and already cooled off via the AC (it was a hot day in June when we arrived). Check in was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially a man named Jamal who worked at the check in counter after 10pm. He was so courteous and kind, and went above and beyond in assisting me when I had an issue. He helped make my stay there just that much nicer. Even the cleaning staff was really courteous when I had to bother one of them while they were working to request something. And the hot breakfast is really a breakfast! Different hot items offered daily, self serve waffle irons, and everything else you could want. This was our second time here, and we will stay here again next time we're in this area.

The price. Quite a bit more than the last time we stayed. Other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Ok, breakfast being served until 11am instead of 10 on the weekends would be really nice, but that's more of a suggestion than a dislike. ;)

The location of the hotel was convenient for us. We used the hotel as a stop-over on our drive south and it had easy access to the highway and plenty of places to eat. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Although the location was convenient for our trip, it was very noisy because it was right on a main thoroughfare. While the hotel was clean it was in need of repair. There were several spots in the bathroom that were cracked and broken. We also had an unfortunate experience with other guests, not the staff's fault at all. Our son ended up getting sick right at bed time. It was around 8pm and he cried for about 10 minutes (really not that bad for a toddler). The guest next door to us complained and was not understanding at all. I could understand this if it was late in the night or more prolonged, but this to me seemed just ridiculous.

Great location for our purposes. Nice large room for the 3 of us. Staff were all kind and welcoming, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Malae. Upon our arrival and throughout our visit, Malae was overwhelmingly helpful, kind, and very personable. Having someone as genuine and thoughtful as Malae as the first impression upon our arrival really meant a lot to us. Please know Malae is representing your organization very well. With family in the area, we look forward to staying again. Thank you!

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

I put in a request for a roll out bed when I booked the hotel. The message I received was that my request was approved. When I arrived I was told there are only 6 roll out beds and they are all taken. We were offered blankets for the floor, but the 3 children with me shared one bed.

we loved everything and look forward to coming back. The staff was nice/helpful & the entire building stayed calm & quiet our entire stay. We enjoyed the extra space and little details that made things easier for us. We had absolutely no problems with Cleanliness or Comfortability!

The breakfast was a tad disappointing because I’m lactose intolerant & don’t eat sausage but it’s great that it’s offered. I’m not sure if we missed most of what they might have had but it didn’t effect our stay. Our main focus was the inside pool which we really enjoyed. aside from the strong smells of chemicals it was very quiet and clean. The only inconvenience we had was not being able to connect any game consoles to the tv & the limited entertainment available on the tv.

The room was comfortable with the two Queen beds. It also had a nice desk area to eat or work at with a very comfortable chair. Nice TV microwave and refrigerator, which I really appreciate, it also had some extra cube seating. I had requested extra blankets and they were already on the bed when I got there, so thumbs up on that. There was a nice breakfast both days I stayed in the hotel. Plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom, the toilet was a little loud, but other than that my stay was very relaxing.

The toilet did run a bit loud and I wish there was more lighting. But all in all it was a very good experience.

I liked the pool and hot tub at this location. I also liked our room and the elevator. My family was appreciative of the staff for letting us check in early.

Our room's tile could have been cleaner since it was sticky, but besides that we had a really nice stay. We will be staying at this location in the future!

Everything…it was a nice place to stay

I asked for handicap accessible so that I wouldn’t have far to walk because I’m on oxygen and can’t walk distance and they did give me a first floor room however I had to walk a distance to get to it and when I told her I couldn’t walk far she said well I’m sorry we don’t have wheelchairs.
