Everything was well beyond my expectations. There was a lady she wasn't the owner but maybe she was the manager I'm not sure. She had a spirit to her that couldn't be replicated. She was very friendly, polite, and professional. She went way above my expectations in catering to my husband and me. We were there for a wedding. She ask if I got lots of pictures and of course I had to show them. The 2 bartenders, OMG, loved them. I wish I could remember their names. They were so funny, attentive, and aimed to please while being professional. I've never met a bartender with that much character. Amazing stay and I will never stay anywhere else but with them. I can't wait to go back.

everything was excellent for accept no microwaves in the rooms. We had a four year old with us and every time we wanted to warm his food we had to walk down to the lobby from the 2nd floor.

The toilet was to small for my sister who had a bad knee. I think some rooms should be assessible and available for people who has bad knees.

The potatoes were precut pre-everything and not necessarily hot. The eggs were typically runny as are most hotel eggs

There was no room service at this hotel. It did not even appear that there was a restaurant at this hotel. The hotel was surrounded by many restaurants and there was not one list of contact information in the hotel room about what restaurants are near the hotel. There was nothing in the hotel room that made any reference to businesses or restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The staff are always very friendly. I stay with this hotel at each visit to see my son in the military and new grand baby. The hotel is in the center of GreeneBrier, a lovely location and has every thing you need. Macy's (at mall) all top restaurants and 3 main grocery stores, movie theaters. The location of the hotel has really nice restaurants located next door within the side parking to include an upscale bakery...all within a short walk. I travel alone so the security in the area is important. It is an upscale area...one feels very safe. I always bring my puppy who is welcomed at each visit by hotel staff. I am very thankful I found this hotel.

Instant eggs are weird. The pancakes and waffles were ok. The sausage was sort of alright. The best part was not leaving the Hotel to eat Breakfast. I being a little picky.... overall Breakfast was OK. The room and showers were good. The staff was excellent. Lots of Restaurants gas stations . All VERY close to this location.

I cannot really criticize this hotel the Staff went out of its way to help with any request . The room was comfortable. The location was fantastic. I stayed here for a almost a week.

Philip at the bar was the BEST thing that my husband and I experienced at the hotel, the room was nice, and the breakfast was good too I guess. But Philip was amazing! He made us every drink we asked for and more. He provided the best bartending skills I've seen in a while, and it was his first time making drinks! He could have fooled me, because he was amazing !!! I honestly want to come back to this hotel everytime I drive back to VA JUST to have him make us our drinks. He was just that great. He should be the face of Hyatt, he has exponential customer service! 25/10 great service. Jasmine & D Thompson. The Blue Lagoon was amazing.

That the bar closed at 11p and Philip got off work at 11p.

Excellent breakfasts, really comfortable room and the staff was so so friendly all the time.

The staff was friendly and communicative, the room was exactly as expected and room enough for the five of us. The best breakfast we've had included in a stay this year. Located near a wide selection of restaurants!

A small critique -- no draft beer and pretty limited selection. Won't matter to most people!

front desk guys were great! I wish I had their names - but I never got them - they were two black guys - super friendly and very welcoming. also the chocolate chip cookies were amazing.

we could hear other guests staying near us and hallway noise - not much you can do about that I guess - but it was the only thing that if we could change - we would. We did bring a a noise machine and we kept the fan on the AC unit on to help drown out the noise.

The entire staff was AMAZING..super friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. My daughter also really loved the indoor pool. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
