Relaxing and great seating outside . Everything was always stocked . LOVED the bathroom toiletries they smell absolutely amazing . Definitely prime location . Felt like home away from home

. The water pressure was horrible . Not enough luggage carts, when staff was asked they said they only had 3 for the entire building. . Not enough storage space, rack to hang clothes was way to low to the ground. . No exhaust fan in the bathroom

Friendly personnel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice and warm indoor pool. Complementary coffee and tea all day long. Free parking. Filtered water tap to fill up your bottles.

Breakfast was very disappointing. They only use disposable dishes and cutlery, which produces a ridiculous amount of waste and is also much less enjoyable to eat with. The choice of items was also not great, especially if you would like something at least remotely healthy. In that case your only choice would be to eat apples and bananas. Lots of unhealthy options though for those who fancy that: waffles, bagels, sugary yoghurts, sausages, etc.

This is a comfortable little hotel that goes the extra mile to make everything delightful. The parking lot has plenty of room. Our hotel room was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. There isn't a "beach" beside the hotel, because the hotel faces the bay, but the hotel is literally just a few feet from the bay, and our room had a wonderful balcony with exceptional views of waves, sunset, and seagulls. The dining room has a cute little boardwalk right outside, and a cute mural showing the ocean, islands, and wild ponies. Breakfast has everything you need, including waffles, cereal, sausage or bacon, eggs, juice, etc, and everything is super clean and fresh and well maintained. I really enjoyed my breakfast. There is free coffee at all hours with cute little cups and sleeves, and they have dark, blonde, medium, and decaf roasts. The beds and pillows are SO COMFORTABLE. There's a little shop in the lobby with snacks, postcards, and essentials like bug spray and sunscreen. The location is exceptional, and the reason you want this hotel. You're right on main street and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops. We drove ourselves to Assateague Island from the hotel and got there within about 15 minutes, and saw wild ponies within about 20 minutes. You have to pay $10 to access Assateague, but there was no traffic in late September and it was really easy to get there. The ponies were off in the distance in a marsh, behind some fencing, but it was still a beautiful view of them off in the distance. Some people get lucky and see them closer. There's a cute lighthouse on Assateague that wasn't open due to covid restrictions, but still fun to visit. And the public access beach on Assateague, a quick drive from your hotel, is beautiful, with long beautiful ocean beach and shore birds and everything you could want from a beach.

The facility was extremely clean and conformable. There were a lot of common spaces to spend time as a family including outside deck areas. We saw dolphins swim right past the hotel in the morning. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to visit with us, make recommendations and tell us about the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our housekeeper, Teeny, was so very nice. We enjoyed talking with her. Such a sweet woman!! Great breakfasts and hot coffee available all day.

Our room was too cold. We kept the AC on low blow speed and at a higher temperature but the AC vent blew directly on the bed into your face with no way to adjust the air flow. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed which didn’t help too much. We left at 4:30 am our last day since sleeping was too challenging in the cold room.

Very clean, beautiful views, staff was friendly especially Rocky! He is such a sweet man and we enjoyed speaking with him. Breakfast was great as well. We will be back for sure!!!

the staff was super nice-asking how we were and if we needed anything. great variety for breakfast, 24/7 coffee!! room was very nice size and was well laid out. it was very clean and well stocked I will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Great hotel

This hotel is awarded the second best Hampton Inn in the country and when you stay here, you’d see why. The moment you pull in to the parking lot, the front of the hotel has beautiful landscaping with coordinated flowers. In through the doors and you are welcomed by a friendly hotel staff member. The lobby has a view that pictures cannot do justice to. It opens to the immaculately kept boardwalk facing the beautiful water and marsh island. The room was as nicely cleaned as someone the best hotels I have stayed at across the world for triple this price. The hot-tub in our room was so clean I did not want to get out of it. And, the view from the balcony was amazing. Uninterrupted view of the water and guess what, we also say dolphins swim by. So, please if you want serenity intertwined with hospitality, and beauty, do yourself a favor and book this place. You’ll thank me later

We had a great time. There was long term staff there so that says a lot about a workplace. Everyone was polite and friendly. The pool heater did break but it was repaired in a timely manner. The location was great and we had a wonderful view. The patio chairs were comfortable. The gym had what I needed. Parking was easy and the breakfast was fine. We would absolutely stay again.

Our room was ready at 2 pm for check in. The housekeeping staff and breakfast attendants were so polite and happy. The front desk Don was so receiving. We felt right at home. Appreciated no envelope in room for tip...it made me feel more generous. We will be back! Wanted to go in October but requires 3 night stay still not sure why off season.
