When we initially checked in the maintenance guy was covering the front. He engaged well in conversations with us while we wait for our room to be cleaned. He also tried to assist us in getting something quicker, but he explained the protocol of how rooms are to be cleaned and inspected prior to customers entering it. I did love how the location was very close to my event.

I did not like how I had emailed them as soon as I booked the potential‘s of arriving early today and check in early. No one reached out to me and still managed to settling into my room of the approval of my checking in early. I also did not like how I outreach the front desk due waking up a bit early and needing 30 more minutes to check out. Lastly, I think the location to the hotel was a bit far from where food is.

Location convenient to planned visits: US Army, USMC, NRA, National Air & Space museums, and unplanned: Apple stores for device repair. Many dining choices in surrounding area. Front desk staff loaned me their personal Apple charging cord when I had issue with my phone 👍

Hotel was fine, a typical Hampton Inn in a nice area

I had no trouble with the hotel but I reached it after 25 hours of travel, from Asia, only to be told by the front desk that they had no record of my reservation with Booking.com. Apparently, this is a common problem. They were happy to give me a room, but I had to first call Booking.com to arrange a cancellation of their "reservation" first, to avoid be double billed. The B-com staff blathered on and on but took no responsibility for the problem. Standing there in the lobby, bleary eyed after endless travel, it made for a poor impression to say the least. I will always call to confirm reservations directly with hotels in the future.

Great location. Close to the Vienna Metro Station making it easy to get to D.C. Close to Fairfax Old Town Square. Free parking and free breakfast. The staff was great. Nice little Mexican restaurant with in walking distance.

The hotel has undergone renovation and is in great condition. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel and the staff kept the presentation full. They are still working on the exterior and parking can be a problem at times due to construction equipment taking up space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again.

Parking was difficult due to updating the exterior.

The 24/7 front desk attendant, we came late from a concert and made a few trips to get water and sodas and there’s was always someone friendly at front to help me

Im not so fan of the eggs and sausage, I would prefer on demand real egg selection but I’m sure that not ideal due to the demand and staffing issues in all business, the brown sugar was more like stevia raw sugar so my oatmeal was not ok as well

Convenient location. Quiet. Easy check in. Comfy beds. Hand soap in the bathroom. So many places only have the bar soap so it was nice to have the full size bottles of hand soap, lotion etc.

The only two things were there was a piece of paper towel in the corner by a/c and hair in the shower. Otherwise very clean.

We were there for a memorial service for a dear friend. My cousin who was with us became sick and wanted to stay in the room instead of getting anyone sick at the service. The staff was very accommodating to him and he was able to rest comfortably and felt better later.

You need more waffle makers. The woman running it Sunday morning was great and very cheerful. But more waffle makers, please. Eggs and sausage were great too!

This is the ideal hotel for parents of children at George Mason. Reasonably priced, ideal location and great rooms. Loved that there is lots of available parking and a standard continental breakfast included.

Nothing- everything was terrific.

Very clean, well informed about the cleaning of the rooms, and desk men were very nice also the cleaning women was nice and gave me towel’s so I didn’t have to ask at the desk.

Can’t really say anything that I didn’t like.
