The bed, the room, and the location were all great. The staff at the front desk were scarce. One comment about the room. The TV sits between the sitting area and the bedroom. It swivels so my husband went to bed while I sat on the sofa watching TV. The problem was the speaker is on the back of the TV so it was louder in the bedroom than where I was watching.

Clean room, very comfy beds and pillows. Great location with nearby dining, coffee and shopping. TV was nice and large. Lots of parking available

I couldn't understand why there wasn't a door at the dressing area of the bathroom. Also there wasn't a plug near the coffee maker and I had to move it to the bathroom. Not a big deal but odd

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent. (Suggestion -- purchase breakfast when you reserve the room, because that is much cheaper than buying during a stay at the hotel.) Staff very good.

I would have liked to know that the room with two queen beds allows access to the beds from only one side of each bed. I wish I had known that; if so, I would have selected a king bed instead of two queen beds. I usually choose two queen beds in a hotel in order to have a convenient place to put open suitcases, but in this Hilton hotel the room was so spacious that there was no need to use the second bed queen bed for open suitcases.

The property was very modern and super clean ! The employees were very nice and understanding to us rushing in for a graduation so we needed to check in swiftly. We received two calls in our one night stay specifically asking do we need anything in our room or anything to help make our stay smooth. We received an extra set of towels and we missed breakfast so they gave us a lunch voucher instead.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t use discover card at the property , it’s just a weird rule they have, but they did email me prior to arriving to the hot l.

i reserved a king bed/room but was told they were all gone! even though I reserved room weeks prior. why didn’t they tell that person they were all reserved and bought?

the room was big, clean and comfortable. i was pleasantly surprised. we were on the 9th floor with a wide view (we could see dozens of different fireworks on July 4th) and very happy with the comfortable bed, the nice bathroom and general set up. Love the free parking and free wifi.

i just don’t understand the concept of having no room cleaning for the first 3 days?! and having to request a room clean + clean towels every day after that? one of the pleasures of staying in a hotel is to come back to a clean room and well made bed every day… that really annoyed me.

At first I was told breakfast wasn't included until I was about to check out the woman at the front desk apologized and stayed breakfast with in our stay. Not good, because at 11:00 while leaving was the time we were advised and there was bacon drowning in Grease, cold dried up eggs.. not a great first impression!!!!

Very clean, nice, safe, and well lit facility and parking. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast included in booking and SUPER staff at breakfast every day.

Security deposit collected at check in and refunded up to a week later. Confusing check in about breakfast-it was included with the booking, but when served in restaurant, a bill was brought to table to sign to bill to the room. Still waiting for refunded deposit to ensure not billed for breakfast that was included with booking

Staff very friendly and helpful; stored my cooler ice packs in kitchen freezer for me, much appreciated. Excellent hot breakfast, including bacon and real scrambled eggs. Bed was very comfortable, nice linens and pillows. Liked the swivel TV and modern shower. Room was quiet. Nice toiletries and towels. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants and stores. Price was reasonable.

Room was too warm and humid at start then too cold. Couldn't adjust temp to my comfort. Fridge had no freezer so couldn't freeze my cooler ice packs in room. Carpet felt dirty, prefer no carpet. TV didn't have much selection of free channels and $20 for movies is outrageous. Room decor was tired, needs refreshing. No shampoo in room, didn't see it until in shower. Didn't like the $50 amenities charge that will be there for 3-5 business days even though I didn't use anything. Would like a Keurig in room.

Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from but it was not free with stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, convenient and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and comfy. Bar and restaurant inside the hotel was convenient. Hotel is close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Sleep in the day and it was very quiet. I was very please with this hotel and will definitely be going back. Working in the area and need to stay a few days each week.

It would be nice if breakfast was complementary.
