I had such a wonderful experience at the property. I am in Viginia for work and usually stays 3 weeks at a time. After really horrible experiences at 2 different properties (not Sonesta). I stumbled on this property, it was clean, smelled great and an amazing gym room and the amenities in the room am scheduled to be back in VA for 8/29-9/17 and will more than likely book here again. I only have 1 comment (complaint). The AC unit was in my room and the noise was hard to deal with. Also, I did not use the Wi-Fi due to HIPPA related issues as it related to my work.

The staff was very helpful and friendly with one exception ( the desk clerk on pm duty on 5/20/23. Everyone else was great. The young trainee, Muhammad, was exceptional! The hot breakfast was very good as were the housekeeping staff.

Not much. The location was far from the Smithsonian. Throughout the stay, with the exception of the nice hot breakfasts, I couldn't find a place that served decaffeinated coffee. I brought along K cup pods but, because there was coffee in the lobby, there were no single cup brewers. But that is a very minor complaint.

The facilities were clean, the staff were helpful the location was great and close to lots of restaurants and shops as well as close to highway exits. The fire place in our two bedroom suite was very useful during the cold front we experienced during our stay.

We read about this before our stay so knew what to expect but breakfast got boring after the first few days and we were there for 2 weeks. I wouldn't expect the entire menu to change daily but if one item was changed daily it would make a big difference. Having said that the kids were happy with the options that were there.

The breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly, on our last day my daughter & I were still eating and she was already cleaning up everything even though there should be 30 minutes before they close. I’ve asked for cereal and she rolled her eyes. I would have not asked her if she didn’t clean up everything yet.

Easy Check-in/Pleasant accommodating Staff. Room Layout and Space Awesome. Kitchen WITH dishes, silverware etc. and a dishwasher. Clean, Comfortable Bedding and thermostat settings, Hot Showers, A lot of counter space with additional glass shelving for toiletries. Quiet stay even with large shopping center with MANY stores, Restaurants and gas station just across the street. If you need something or a place to eat oh it's THERE. EagleBank Arena 5 miles away. Breakfast and coffee excellent, kept filled and fresh. Options of hot/cold selections. Friendly, Helpful Staff. Also, did a load of laundry & the key card locked area & machines were very Clean. Liked that they had hand sanitizer dispensers at elevators too! Felt Safe as a solo traveler with my dog.

No complaints

The room was a great size and having the full kitchen with dishes and other kitchen utensils was super convenient. I liked that the bathroom was not completely connected to the main living area so there was some privacy for that and privacy for the bedroom. Very quiet hotel and staff was always easy to contact when I had a question or needed assistance. I probably spent about an hour talking to one of the night time desk workers, I had gone down for a toothbrush and we just starting talking about sports and places to visit in the area, it was super awesome and he was very kind, exceptional customer service in my opinion.

We had some issues connecting to the internet. We tried on few different occasions and different devices but could not get it to work or trouble shoot. That was the only issues we incurred while staying here.

Location , staff was very courteous. After this Sonesta, I went to one in NJ, and did not stay even for a night when I saw the nasty attitude of the receptionist. On the contrary here the staff was amazing.

Breakfast was awful and disgusting to say the least. Needs massive improvement and need to change menu for guests who stay long term as they can puke every 2 days instead of same crap.

The location was convinient and the place was clean.

they charged $5 for parking which was annoying. One of the nights there was a car alarm that went off and my kids were petrified with that alarm. It went on for 30 min or so. The night manager was kind enough to give us credit for the night but i had to fight for that with the day staff members who were not believing me. Anyways it ended well at the end.

The room itself was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. It was not too noisy either. The area was very convenient for me as well. I felt safe traveling alone.

The breakfast was alright. I wish there was more options. Also, we ran out of coffee at some point. The TV remote in my room was not working very well so I didn't really use the it.

The price for the accomodations was really good for the two bedrooms and the front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. We really liked the set up outside with the sitting areas and heaters. Only wish that we had explored a little more the first night to see the tables behind the trees. It's also close to a ton of restaurants and stores, but at the same time feels somewhat secluded. We also liked that they offered breakfast, unfortunately we never got up in time.

The conditioner could have been better. It seemed a little on the cheap side - even after using a ton of it, it still did not do the job.
