Nice property if you are not traveling with a pet.

Pet fee-- $75.00 for one small dog seems incredibly excessive... I couldn't find that info when I made the reservation... it was a very unpleasant surprise when I received my receipt. Not sure I will be staying at a Hilton property with my dog again at that price.

Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and great location. Also, the staff were very nice and provided excellent customer service.

The fire alarm kept going off between 2:30-3:30am on 04/13/2024. It was a false alarm. But the staff did try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Recently my husband has had to spend several nights at the nearby Fair Oaks Hospital. The Garden Inn is close and has the added benefit of being very comfortable. The beds are comfy. The rooms are quiet. Last night we dined in the restaurant and Julio took very good care of us.

Maybe... a Tesla charger??

KEVIN at the front desk was exceptional. He went beyond the call of duty. After calling a cab for my wife and I to go to the hospital which didn't show, Mr Kevin told us sorry and had his night watchman take us in Kevin's personal car. He didn't know but I had surgery that morning and thanks to Kevin I made it on time.

Comfortable, convenient and what I expected it to be. I don't have more to say.

the ceiling had signs of a leak over the bed and the paint was weird. otherwise everything was lovely

Breakfast was excellent. Hot, well-cooked, flavorful. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I really liked the self-service buffet. Dinner service was also excellent!

Nothing stands out as unpleasant, or unacceptable.

The location was convenient to my family. The decor of the hotel was pleasing and easy parking.

The lady at the desk took quite some time to locate my reservations. I specifically asked for adjoining rooms and was first assigned to 2 rooms on different floors. Also I think having to pay for buffet breakfast is ridiculous especially at these rates.

The hotel/my room was beautiful and clean.

I didn't sleep well in the bed. However, I wasn't feeling well so maybe a combination of lack of comfort/feeling ill.

The breakfast was quite good and the service was very attentive.

The deep chairs in the dining area. Those chairs almost put your mouth at table level! Please replace them.

Convenient, free parking

The surprise $10.99 continental breakfast. No signs. Unaware it wasn’t complimentary as is was set up as if it were. Sent my son to get food and shocked to see he had a check to pay. Extremely disappointed. Will not stay again for this reason.
