We are from India, flew in from Qatar for visiting our son's family in Virginia. We found Staybridge very convenient and friendly. Facilities for our long stay of 20 days were excellent. We made use of the well equiped small kitchenette well. The gym, the coffee tea availability round the clock, the barbeque and uninterrupted broadband services plus laundry made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to the front desk who were very helpful and polite and also to pantry staff and the room cleaning crew. The location was ideal for us as its kind of center. Staybridge made our stay more enjoyable. Quality time here with walk around the pond in the evenings. Continental breakfast catered to even our vegetarian needs. Thank you Staybridge. It’s a fantastic hotel, especially when we have to travel with just carry-on because of this summer’s crazy flight traffic, with missing check-in luggage, flight cancellations. Staybridge Suite’s free laundry (do-it-yourself) facilities make our pack-light way of traveling so easy. It’s a very safe area with a well designed kitchenette. It just feel like home away from home. We had a great time touring D.C. Thank you.

Perhaps there should be equal amount of washers and dryers so we don’t have to wait for too long.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, it had a nice verity of thing to choose from. The common arises was clean, neat, and well designed, everything was in place.

Not all of the staff understood the English language.

I would have liked if the bed was made, and the towels were replaced. We nearly ran out of toilet paper in the short time we were there.

Breakfast options and coffee were pretty much what has become the norm. A/C could use a quieter, low fan setting.

Good, comfortable beds, spacious suites, good quality complimentary soaps and shampoo. Within good walking distance of Dulles Expo Center.

The breakfast was kind of a let down when you’re used to European breakfast, but it’s my bad for not adjusting my expectations.

The outside courtyard was great.

The noisy room air unit. Then some weird mechanical sound happened all during the second night we were there. There would be this grinding noise about every minute. It was coming from the outside.

The lady at the front desk PD was absolutely great. Wonderful personality. I left my phone in the room, and I called back to inform and was told we have your phone, come on back. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints!

There were ants in the room, and not a lot of water pressure in the shower.
