REsturaunt/cafe wasnt satisfactory Very limited vegetarian option most of the time, food wasnt avaialble. One day chef wasnt there Room fridge made such loud noises at night time, that i actualy woke up frightened.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and a nice large room with a seating area. Friendly staff and a great location. This hotel is rated well for a reason. It was better rated and for a lower cost than anything within 15 min of the hotel and if we need a hotel in this area in the future, it will be the first one we check.

Had a great overnight stay in this hotel, very convenient and reliable pick-up/drop-off service from the Dulles airport. International travelers, don’t worry when they tell you to give them a call for pick-up and you don’t have roaming - there are old style phones right outside the immigration control zone at the airport and the local calls are free for some minutes.

I was given a room next to the elevators initially, and thanks to the previous reviews I have immediately asked to change my room into a more quiet area, that was not a problem at all for the reception in the end and I have appreciated that. Sound isolation is not a strong side of this hotel, could still hear the cars on the road, but can’t complain, overall it was okay.

great location, staff was very nice and helpful, bar food was good, the pool area was clean and the lifeguard was present whole time and they took great care of cleaning the pool and the room was huge. The staff really helped me with day trip options too

the ac unit doesn’t stay on so it gets very hot in my opinion quickly and i hate sleeping in a hot room but there was no way to control it. personally wasn’t a fan of the breakfast options but they weren’t horrible and the coffee was delicious though.

The room was spotless, the reception and waiting areas were very clean along with the breakfast area. The staff was friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of the area. There are plenty of places to eat nearby along with gas stations.

The fact that they will not except cash at check-in. They want a credit card bf you can check into your room which is just another way to attempt to tack on extra expenses and hidden fees along with just another way for the goverment to tract your actions.

I needed a place to stay a couple of nights close to the airport before my trip back to Europe, and this hotel is just a great option; it offers spacious rooms with enough space to relax and to work. There is a proper desk, nice comfy sofa and the bed is great. Breakfast is quite good. Also, there are several restaurants around the hotel for lunch and dinner. Great deal! Free shuttle from/to airport on demand. Not expensive late check-out options

The room was clean and spacious. Staff very courteous and helpful. Conveniently located near restaurant’s and other shopping venues. Daily breakfast was a bit limited but food was consistently hot.

No microwave in the rooms. Could only use the one located in the kitchen on the main level. Very inconvenient when getting in late night and want to heat up food or coffee.

Spacious and comfortable rooms that have all you need for an extended stay. Comfy beds, good internet, and friendly staff - I enjoyed my stay and if I need to spend a night before traveling from IAD, this will be my choice for sure

The shuttle departs every hour and it would be more convenient to have it scheduled for every 30 minutes as in other hotels, but this is a minor detail
