The staff went over and beyond….I got the name of the first guy I met when I checked in do to him being so nice…since I thought he would be the 1 nice one…I discovered over the next 3 days….everyone could teach a course in customer service….of course that goes to the management also….they do the hiring…..several mentioned how much they loved the manager….

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend a stay there. In March 2023 we stayed at another hotel across the street and that one was very disappointing.

I liked that we couldn't hear the people in the rooms next to us as we have at other hotels.

It was raining when I was going to check out so my sneakers were wet. As I stepped off the rug at the entrance, I immediately slipped on the ceramic tile floor & fell onto my hands & knees.

Easy get back on to 95 stores gas station everything was convenient quiet location restaurant was good location

Because its so hot it been good if they had a pool or maybe they could be able to get up with another hotel next to them see if they could share there indoor pool some hotels do share if you got kids they maybe get bored because they don't have nothing to do actively

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were high quality and soft and clean. There was a refrigerator and a microwave and coffee maker all in working order. Even though the breakfast was good. Lots of options from waffles, eggs, to yogurt and so on. We even enjoyed the Kabob place across the parking lot. Good time

Staff was exceptional. Friendly, personable, welcoming. Room was clean, nothing fancy which was to be expected for the price point. Convenient location- close the the highway so not far out of our route, nearby gas stations and food options.

Double beds are a little challenging with two adults and two teenagers, but being pet friendly was a top determining factor for our booking.

I thought the beds were great. I would have preferred a queen bed, but the mattress was wonderful to sleep on. I thought breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

I was a little put off by the color of the carpeting. To me even though it was clean, it looked dirty because the color was dark. Also, the entrance to the room has a little step up, which I was not expecting, and did hurt my knees because I stepped the wrong way. I think that there should be some reflective tape on the entrance so that you are aware of the step. Breakfast I know is different because of the pandemic, but it would have been nice to have fresh fruit, you could have them wrapped in plastic wrap so no one is touching them.

The stuff was super helpful and really nice. Breakfast was included even if it was not mentioned in the description. The price was excellent for this accommodation. The beds comfortable and all in all it was very clean. I cannot complain!

Great location. Food within walking distance and right off the highway. Traveling with a bike and a dog so ease of access to the room was invaluable!

How in-between it is with everything else, there's a DD right behind the hotel, followed by she's stations, fast food, restaurants etc. For the price you really can't beat it. I will say the lady who checked me in. I want to think myra, not sure. However, she was fantastic, made me and my wife feel like home which is something we were missing. Great staff. Only thing I would say remotely bad is the fact breakfast starts early and apparently it's first come first serve which isn't how I thought it should be considering my wife is pregnant. She was told that breakfast is at staffs discretion. So, they do have some muffins, danishes, cereal, milk and juice. When it's there that is. My wife who's feeding for 2 needs more then a milk. Like I said. Small complaining but happy in the end. Overall it was a good stay and easy access to other places near by. Also, whoever told my wife breakfast was at staffs discretion and it's up to them, didn't sit right with me. I could have went without. She can't.
