Very clean and comfortable. Great value for the evening, and exceeded our expectations. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, and accomodating of our uhaul trailer. Some other reviews mentioned the difficulty of access -- this wasn't the case at all. The sign and hotel were easy to see, parking lot was clearly labeled. Yes, we did need to make a u-turn a bit up the road because of a median in the road. Who cares? That added maybe 2 minutes to our drive, and just made it easier to get out in the morning.

The only tiny issue we had was that they were out of travel toothbrushes, so I had to buy one at a gas station up the road.

Staff was welcoming. We took the opportunity to try the menu the staff provided on the counter and tried vincelli (sp?) pizza parlor. It was great cauliflower pizza right to our room. The room was very clean and smelled clean sanatized and fresh. The king bed was very comfortable and got a great night sleep. We admired the beautiful landscaped property too. Very attractive.

One thing the brand of gourmet coffee offered in the room and coffee in lobby wasnt that great. It was bitter.

No breakfast but location was fine. I MUST give a shout out to Sil, who was at desk when I arrived. He managed successfully to straighten out my problem booking. It took nearly an hour to correct the problem. After that, he up graded my room type. Much thanks Sil !!.

The customer service rep. didn’t understand the Reservation issue I was having. Reservation was made 30mins prior to my arrival. However, the Sil never received it.

This is exactly what you’re looking for when you just need a place to stay for the night. It was clean it had everything I needed. It was comfortable. It was right off the highway. So many of these type of motels are gross. This is a positive experience.

I think some of the linens could be updated as well as the furniture.

Value for the price. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

There were noises all throughout the night. Bumps and people being loud. The property is also a pain to get to due to a median causing people from the interstate to drive by and take a UTurn or another path.

Jennifer was amazing. She was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. This was my midway point driving to New York from South Carolina. I’ll definitely utilize this hotel again for upcoming trips.

The Staff...Chris and Eric are great👌🏾 Heat and Air Work...Not much noise and Housekeeping isn't annoying😉

I HATE the fact that🧐there aren't Microwaves in ALL the rooms or at least the Kings...I love pets as much as the next person, but I rather there be a free microwave included🤔 than pets stay free🤷🏽‍♀️Jus sayin...Again I do love pets tho🥰

Room was clean and neat. Room was cemetary quiet. Staff was exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful.

Local road construction made it a little difficult for this 79 yr old to find entrance to Red Roof. Upon arrival you could hang meat in room. AC set at 60 degrees F Burrrrr!

The rooms were clean...the staff was very friendly and helpful...I was with a group of 5 other people and our rooms were not ready when we checked in so Jen the Manager accommodated us with an upgrade to premium rooms for all of us and we were able to get rooms beside each other which was really great...restaurants and shopping malls were close by and to top it off our event was only 4 miles from the hotel...everyone was very pleased with everything...thank u Red Rood Inn in Fredericksburg for a memorable stay...

Location was a bit out of the way to get to off of I95, but quick to get back on I95 when leaving. I could not get logged into free wifi. No breakfast!! Just coffee.
