Hampton Inn and Suites Fredericksburg

everything was great! the staff was friendly with checking in & checking out. bed was comfortable (I didn’t want to get out of bed lol) the room was huge! the tv was great! everything was just amazing! we will definitely be back!

the only thing I can really say, and it wasn’t really much of an issue was the shower door kept opening & water kept going all over the floor. but it wasn’t too terrible! still loved the stay!

I thought the woman who managed the breakfast was amazing. She deserves a raise. Her gift of hospitality made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The concierge staff were wonderful as well. Superb job to everyone at Hampton Inn and Suites of Fredericksburg, VA.

Staff was beyond friendly. Updated rooms. Pool was great. Breakfast was great. Great location.

Last morning of our stay the tables at breakfast were not cleaned. Not a huge deal but that’s the only minor complaint I have. Could be cheaper but everything is more expensive now.

the lady that received us in the counter was really “nasty”. I traveled to Virginia for a family party. I arrived to the hotel just in time to be prepared for the party and due they don’t have cleaning personal she said they haven’t clean rooms available: “go to eat something”

Conveniently located, extremely friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff! Outstanding customer service!

It was moderately clean, understanding that the site is under construction. However we found a used washcloth still hanging over our shower when we arrived which was a little alarming.

We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn and Suites and have had some space, other than the bed, to put things on. There was a small desk and chair, and a fridge on the floor, which I thought was odd. Usually fridge is in some kind of unit. I felt like the room was missing something. The name “suite” implies more than a bed. A small sitting area?? We choose a suite type hotel for that purpose. For one night it was fine. If we were staying in the area for any length of time, it would not be acceptable for us.

Very clean rooms and facilities with easy parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Continental breakfast was tasty the 2 days I ate there. Location is good- there's a Wegmans right around the corner, which was convenient. Neutrogena for bathroom products (soaps and shampoos/conditioner) was a plus, but the coffee in the room left a lot to be desired. The coffee with the breakfast is a better bet.

Price was a bit high

Staff was great....attentive as always! The size of the king suite was exactly what I needed for three people traveling together. If only the sleep sofa was more comfortable. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The door's hinges and lock squeaked very loudly. I didn't think much of it until I came in late one night and the people traveling with me complained about the noise waking them. Also update the sleep sofa mattresses.... you can feel every spring.

This location was a bonus. Beds and the room all wonderful

Breakfast could have had better fruit selection-only had oranges.

Had trouble making reservations through my Hilton app so I made it through Booking.com and the third-party make you pay extra charges which I was not aware of that’s all.

I prefer a walk in shower as opposed to a tub shower
