Courtyard Richmond North/Glen Allen

The staff was so professional, helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The young lady who worked at the front desk when I checked in on 3/19/22 was so pleasant. The gentleman who I assumed was maintenance was also very courteous. Thank you for Superior Customer Service.

I was talking to the young lady at the front desk about extending my stay when a young lady whom I assumed worked here but was off duty was standing in line behind me made a comment " I got you go " and walked off. I assumed that she worked here because she acknowledged the young lady who I was talking to. Even if she was off duty, I am a customer. She lacked manners and patience. My overall experience with my stay here still gets a A+ inspite of the other young lady with her rudeness.

I like the comfort and placement of the bed, the ease of checking in and the end of the hall where my room was., close to an exit.

Not the hotels fault, (per say) but the fact that there was some sort of team sport be hosted in the area and there was far too many young children in the area, when I was there to relax. Late night voices in the hall outside my room and in the room above me(children running and jumping).

the man that worked the day of check out was kind of rude and was talking about the staff that checked us in stating she needs to be retrained and that was really in professional. I also went to the workout area and this same man was like can I help I with something almost as if he was watching me thinking I was doing something wrong, he was pretty creepy

The room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable.

I paid $25 to have breakfast included in my rate. There were few breakfast options and I had to pay extra if I wanted a Starbucks specialty tea or coffee. I won’t make that mistake again.

The property was great, a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. When my best friend and I first checked in the receptionist stated she didn’t see our booking thru Booking.com and insisted we use the hotel to reserve a room so we did due to the fact we were told it would still be a suite... well it wasn’t and I really hate complaining. On our way out to dinner we saw a different employee named Diana and casually mentioned it. Thanks to her we were immediately upgraded to the correct room with a simple click and a smile. We had a little small talk and She is an employee who cares and respects her job. She is so sweet and full of life with a great personality! She made our stay 10x better and we are thankful for 😁

No good coffee and bar and Starbucks closed

Hotel is clean and front desk staff were very friendly. Bar was convenient and snacks were good. Breakfast was offered too at a cost. Would definitely stay here again

Can't think of anything

This was my first time staying in the area, but the positive reviews stood out to me. IT IS AMAZING! I will definitely be staying here any time I return to glen allen. Everything was clean, and exactly in line with what you see online. The total was worth every penny! Hotel staff was amazing as well. Thank you for making my weekend that much more enjoyable!

No breakfast

It was in a nice area close to alot main stores like Walmart and Sam's,Publix, Ross Dress For Less and great food restaurants

The pool could have been lil bit bigger try to wash clothes only one washer and one dryer and a ball base team trying wash the whole team base ball unforms

everything had problem with hot water in the am BUT they were replacing the hot water unit when I was checking out

Rooms were spacious and clean.

The shower did not get hot. The hot tub was green and gross looking. The manager was nice but the receptionist made us feel like as if we were an inconvenience to her.
