Very good space for events! We had a birthday party here with 150+ in attendance. Venue staff was extremely accommodating to us during setup and breakdown. Everything was clean and the AC in my guest room worked great (Richmond can get muggy in the summer). The convenience of the location came in handy, too-Lowe’s and Walmart are in the same shopping complex, which totally saved the day.
People totally smoke outside (but for some, that can be a bonus).

I enjoyed my entire stay clean room the staff were amazing and accommodated and my significant other and I very well. We enjoyed the pool area very clean hotel i will definitely book again

The beds were very comfortable. The size of the room was great, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I will recommend the Holiday Inn to friends.
Had trouble with the commode in the bathroom, but it was handled quickly.

Will the bed was comfortable the room was clean customer service was excellent at the front desk overall excellent service.
Well the fire detector was hanging out of the wall and the bathroom tub needed a little maintenance work done to it overall it was okay stay I will stay again.

The room was clean for the most part. The Manager was polite, understanding and professional with a kind heart.
Inhaling the Awful smell of Marijuana in the hallway. The tub was dirty and the basin of the sink fell through.
