Deirdre at the front desk was a SUPER star. We also loved the breakfast.
Our room was one that apparently had an optional connection to the neighboring room. There was zero soundproofing. Unfortunately, we had booked a king suite and we were informed the inventory had been messed up and we were put into a double room. Not receptions fault at all- she was great throughout- but disappointing that the system messed up somehow and we were in a VERY different room than booked.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I have never stayed at a hotel that had turkey sausage as an option. My family and I don’t eat pork so that was so amazing. Thank you so much. The hostess at the breakfast buffet was so kind and attentive to all our needs. She has excellent customer service skills. The world could use more people like her.
The beds are uncomfortable. Mattress was hard and hurt my wife and I back.

I was greeted when I arrived the lobby was clean the parking lot was clean Breakfast was good greeted while I left and returned Didn’t use the pool but looked in and it was clean so I know I would have enjoyed it My room was cleaned and cool when I arrived we was there for two nites location was good places to eat and shop
Nothing I didn’t like everything was good Didn’t take any photos at the property and that’s not like me But everything was cleaned the grounds was nice

The breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold offerings, like scrambled eggs, mini quiches, a meat/protein. Breads/pastries were available as well as the cold cereals, waffles, yogurt, and juices.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. The parking was plentiful and the property was very clean.

Very clean, separate sitting area. The bed was comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close enough to the city.
Breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were a little too salty and the carton of milk I got was bad. It had just gone out of date that day.

It was very clean and welcoming.
The toilet made a horrible noise when you flushed it. We went to the beach and came back like 2 in the morning by the time we showered and got ready for bed it was like 330 we tried to get a late check out and it was denied.

Clean and comfortable. It was in a safe place. Quiet environment.
The lighting in the bathroom is too dim. Slight musty smell in the room, but it appeared clean. And had all the amenities we needed for a short stay.

Breakfast was good, good variety and kitchen staff went above and beyond to help anyway she could. Very clean hotel from the outside, lobby and room.
The ice machine on our floor did not work but we were made aware of that at check in

I was offered breakfast even after it was a few minutes past 10:00 am. Gentleman cleaning up went back into the kitchen to get me bagels and cream cheese and there was still eggs and sausage left. Great hosp.
