The staff were excellent- very professional and very accommodating!! The updated lobby was so nice! We enjoyed the fireplace feature!!

On our first day, no one touched our room. It was not even entered to be cleaned nor were our dirty towels removed and replaced. We had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. The second day- our covers were thrown up on the bed but it was not made- actually the the mattress cover was off of one corner and I had to completely strip the bed and remake it so we could sleep in it. I did tell the front desk about the first day. I don’t know if the hotel was short staffed or what happened.

Comfy bed, big and very clean room. Great blackout curtains! Very friendly staff and the pool/gym area looked nice. Be aware the pool is ground floor and looks out to carpark so NOT a private place to be in your swimwear.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Low quality coffee, but cheap to offset. No light bite breakfast option - I had a big exam that day and would have loved yoghurt with fruit or just toast.

My only complaints was the design of the bathroom lol. The door is just a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock or actually close so when you take a #2 the room will smell. Also the sink sprays everywhere and doesn’t drain properly.

I like how the location was in short pump close to a lot of restaurants. I like how the room was pretty clean and had everything neatly folded. I also like how there was water bottles, coffee, and tea in the room.

I didn't like how there were some gummies on the floor when we first arrived. I don't like how the coffee machine was machine the little drawer to put the coffee pack. I also don't like how we didn't have a do not disturb sign in out room to hang on the door.

the property itself and very beautiful and well kept. the rooms were clean and spacious. There are no microwaves in the room but one is easily accessible downstairs

the location is great if you’re visiting short pump but it’s a little bit of a drive to get to downtown Richmond. now bad though.

I liked the parking, the gym, the location, the room, the shower, the staff, the bar,

the food is horrible. I tried it all. but because everything else topped my expectations-I’ll deal with bad food. lol

Clean, organized, classy, and everything one could need! During my stay an unexpected winter storm hit and I had to make my way back to the hotel. even though I’d already checked out, the amazing staff gave me my same room back and made sure I had a safe route before I left. They went above and beyond and were so kind!

I loved every moment! A little more expensive than I usually pay but it’s worth it!

Wonderful staff. Great location. The room was very clean. Amenities (especially tv casting) were terrific.

The room size was a little small and although very clean, some of the items were a little worn (i.e., chair and desk).

breakfast was overpriced for mediocre quality....i was happyy sma that there was an Ihop nearby,

the very small fridge that you had to keep turning on and lack of microwave in room

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. Location was key and staff was very welcoming.

Restaurant staff wasn't equipped with good customer service. Our order was messed up several times. For the price and time waited we could've been accommodated better.
