Hyatt Place Richmond - Innsbrook

My first experience with staying at any hotel outside of my timeshare was excellent. The staff was very respectful and professional. The room was clean, I felt safe, unfortunately it didn't have a microwave but that's fine the less food people bring in the rooms the less risk of insect problems, not that I've seen any. So over all it was good. I would stay there again. TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE HYATT THANK YOU!

The only thing that bothered me was the scent of the sheets, they smelled a little industrial, made my skin itch. I think it was just a minor allergic reaction to the detergent but other then that it was all good 👍 👌

The couch was not vacuumed. I found potato chips under the cushions. I had some kind of allergic reaction when I sat on the couch. I had to use my inhaler and take a antihistamine. The tv did not list the channel guides, when we downloaded the remote, we could only see the channels, not what was actually playing. the top plug-in in console did not work. we did not realize until alarm did not go off. but the bottom plug worked. but we liked the breakfast. the friendliness of the staff and our room was comfortable.

the staff was amazing first and foremost from checking my family of 7 in to extra blankets/pillows. Also after we checked out I misplaced my niece phone , thinking I left it there I called and they was very helpful and checked my room I found it eventually and called back and thanked them for their hospitality

could've been alittle cleaner , my kids didn't like the food that was available for breakfast also no refrigerator in the family room when I booked a room with one since I was traveling with a baby as well

The room was very comfortable, spacious. It was very clean. The lobby was clean too. The staff manning the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast I had of fresh fruits was delicious. When we first arrived, the key machine wasn't working, so we couldn't get our keys but the lady at the front desk led us to our room and opened it for us. When we returned to the hotel later in the evening, she had the keys waiting for us.

Nothing I can think of. Everything was fine.

We loved the room. Wish the tv had more channels or offered more free movies and shows to watch or even could stream Netflix. My kids couldn’t hook up their game system either so that was a bummer. The man at the front desk was super nice. We went down to use the microwave a few times. Wish there was one in the room as well. Overall it was a fun time. We did enjoy the Japanese shows offered for free :)

More tv channels or smart tvs to stream tv services and use gaming systems. A microwave in the room would have been nice and vending machines.

The room was clean and had a perfectly neutral smell. Breakfast was great! They also changed up between bacon and sausage. Eggs were perfect, and the oatmeal and OJ is also a must. Great proximity to Short Pump, and easy access to the highway to go towards Richmond, or 295 to go north, or route 288 to go south. Even when it got busy, everyone was handled well.

A lot of amenities in my room was older. I spent $238 to stay in an older room. We had one bar of soap and a half roll of toilet paper. I wanted to make it special seeing that it was my husband’s birthday. A nice place however it wasn’t worth the money. Lastly there was some sort of soccer tournament going on and the kids ran up and down the hall till 2am.

Breakfast was good, loved that it was hot. Gentleman fixing the hit items was very friendly.

The cover over the light over the bathroom sink fell on one end. It did not have a screw in it. Because there was no maintenance at night, we had to be moved to another room. Front desk person was very kind in moving us, however, we had already unpacked and it was an inconvenience.

I was greeted by Bill. He was welcoming, efficient, very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. When I checked out the morning of my departure, Demetria seemed genuinely interested in knowing if my stay was pleasant. I was consistently greeted each time I entered the lobby.

I did not like it that the employees wore masks. I could not see their expressions. I could not see their smiles. They were both behind safety glass. The masks are not necessary. Lose the masks.

The breakfast was very good. The room was reasonably clean. The staff was helpful.

The gym needed a good cleaning and the temp was set high and could no be adjusted. There was a beeping noise our entire visit and we could never figure out what it was.
