The room, though a bit worn, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Access was easy, though the hotel was a bit out of our way. All in all, an excellent stay and a very good price, with nice folks at the desk and a very clean room being icing on the cake. The room had a fully functional kitchenette, which we did not use as overnight guests.

When I checked-in, I was charged $50 in advance, as a "security deposit". That was a new one on me, but the clerk said it would be returned once the room was checked, and in fact, it was.

This was probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed in in a very long time. The staff was so friendly and contacted me immediately when they found I left my wallet at the front. I really wish I got the womans name who helped us because she was a real sweetheart. We had one issue with the room where there was leftover food in our fridge from the previous occupents, not a huge issue for us but they were kind enough to give us money off of our stay. Overall I thought the room was very comfortable. I personally loved the location because It was easy access to the highway and only 10 minutes from the museums.

There were only a few concerns regarding the stove in our room. It took over 30 minutes to heat up in the highest setting and even then it couldn't cook our eggs. The second is that through the duration of our 2 night stay, we found that someone left fast food wrappers and garbage by the elevator doors and the trash was still there when we checked out on Sunday morning. This didn't concern us personally but was something to note.

a second elevator would've been nice to not have to double back but that's a very minor thing that they can't exactly do anything about so yeah ... no REAL complaints

What breakfast? Liked the option of being able to bring my dogs for future visits to this area. Laundry facility and fitness center were great! Full size refridgerator and dishwasher were great, walking distance to market was very nice.

Lack of breakfast, small room, temperature control not very good. Either too warm or quite cold.

The room were spacious. The walk in closet was big enough for everything. The bathroom was nice. With a mirror wide enough for two people can use. Love the layout of the kitchen. Was surprise this room had a dishwasher and a frigidaire with ice maker. Windows that you can open a little bit if you want natural air. The most important thing the room was clean. The cleck was very nice and friendly. Location is the best. Your are within 3 miles from many take out, sit down restaurant and Whole Food, Kroger, Walmart, Best Buy, Target and CVS pharmacy.

So some reason my car was a public restroom for birds. lol

Great location, room was clean and quiet, kitchenette very convenient and well-stocked. Toilet was backing up soon after we arrived, but was fixed within an hour of requesting.

The desk for check-in was very very accommodating. We were traveling with dogs, and they arranged a room for us with no one next door in case the dogs barked. Also, the room was ground floor, right near an exit door, so we could easily take the dogs in and out.

There was a fee for a pet, but since we had two dogs, we had to pay a greater fee. I didn't see any sense in that.
