Comfort Suites Innsbrook - Short Pump

This was a wonderful place to stay. The king size bed mattress was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel honestly. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The only critique I have is that the sofa bed was soiled and really should be replaced and the heat was on in the fitness center and we asked three times for it to be turned off and for whatever reason it wasn’t. Thank you for a great day 

Badly soiled sofa bed and fitness center heat was on when the air conditioner should’ve been on. 

It was in a great location.

The toilet was acting like it was going to be overflowing.Also the face clothes had holes in them. I really didn’t appreciate the front desk clerk keeping telling me that check in time wasn’t until 3 because although hotels have a check in time if the room is ready they do allow you to check in.She did let me check in but she kept reminding me of the check in time I travel frequently so I do know check in time but I also know that you’re allowed to check in early if your room is ready.It was only an hour but I do understand

The room was so spacious and very clean

The door to the room had to be slammed to close and when you opened the room door you had to kick or use force it open. The guy who worked the kitchen was not a fit! No food available at all, well bagels were available but no hot food. He was on his phone and cursing a lot. Unprofessional!!! Making inappropriate comments to hotel guests, no fruit especially looking or expecting bananas. The whole continental breakfast was horrible! Should have just closed it down for the day!!

I loved how clean it was and comfortable the beds were.

When I arrived the person at the front desk said she didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number and then I don't know what to tell you but we are all booked up and have no rooms available, I asked her to double check again and she found it under my first name instead of my last name, still weird how the whole transaction went down... I almost got sent on my way even though they had a booking for me .. also on the floor my room was on smelled like cigarettes, like and open ash tray even though I asked for non smoking.

The customer service was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was very patient and calm when her system went down. I’m not sure of her name but she was an African American female with a very low haircut

I didn’t feel like the pool was clean.y children went at 2 10am and there were white spots floating on top of the water. The water was also very cloudy 🤮🤮🤮. They went back later that day and it was ok but…

. We loved that it was close to what we wanted to do with the kids , the pool was great, we were able to still make time to swim after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and talkitive and answered all our questions while at the residence. The rooms were quiet and family friendly and accommodating since we did not book more than two weeks in advance. The price was fantastic and very budget friendly

The pull out bed was not very comfortable. We have a pull out couch at our home for guests to sleep on and laying on the one at the hotel felt like nothing but springs and not enough mattress, the coffee in the room wasnt very great. The machine was quick and hot but the quality of the coffee wasn't. Breakfast options were good but those are the only things we would change.

It was very quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast that was appreciated. Room was clean and the check in process was quick. Good price , nice area, 7/11 in walking distance.

Keys cards didn’t let you in from the back door or side doors. So I had to walk back to the entrance. Not a big deal , but you would think the key would unlock the doors.

The desk attendant was very polite and helpful with my checking in process. The hotel is located in a convenient area close to where I attended my event.

The property was not the problem. I didn’t like the staff members wearing blue, how they were standing in the front talking loud and smoking cigarettes in front of guests.

The location was good. It was close to shopping and food. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

The only complaint I have is about the noise. I could hear door slams all morning in the early hours as guests entered and exited the section my room was in.

Recently, most hotels have offered very basic items. Comfort Suites had eggs and choice of meat, waffles and the other items. I liked the selection and everything was fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

Ice machine on 5th floor must have been leaking. They had a blower/heater in there. I thought I was in a sauna. I went to 3rd floor to get ice.
