Days Inn by Wyndham Roanoke Near I-81

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisted me with an early check-in when most rooms weren't ready. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious, met my needs for one night, and had a small fridge and microwave available. I didn't try the included breakfast, but they did have coffee available, which was a big plus for me. The entrance is right next to the highway, so easy on and off for travelers.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. The room met my needs for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the noise levels were fine, despite the hotel being very full. If I had to find something, I would say that there weren't any tissues available in the room.

Easy to book at the last minute with a fantastic rate. Helpful staff...they recommended an excellent local restaurant. At this rate, my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. We don't look for stays with unnecessary amenities, just a clean, well-functioning, safe place. This property filled the bill! I expressed my delight to the desk staff at checkout and she related how the new management was updating and improving the property. They are doing a fantastic job! Well be staying again on our next trip.

It was clean, quiet, really nice

A housekeeper stole my prescription and another item. I was supposed to check out but wanted to stay longer so we made a bew reservation with the same room and a housekeeper went in when we were gone. I was told I would receive a call from head housekeeper this morning and I have yet to receive anything. I'd like a refund for my last night if yalls housekeepers are gonna go into rooms into people's bags. A prescription was stolen and charges may be filed if it's not handled correctly

Clean and easy to get to the highway

The smell of burnt cury in the 2nd floor hallways. Also how many active drug deals we watched and heard happening across the hall

Large quiet room, very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, good shower with strong pressure and a free-flowing drain, super soft towels, lots of vanity space around the sink which was outside the bathroom (more convenient for 2 people), password-protected wifi. Excellent price and easy parking. Libby at the front desk was very helpful.

No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The hotel was clean as was the room the bed was extremely comfortable easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only thing I didn't care for was I wasn't informed upfront about the $100 fee if you stay less than 4 days. You get it back as long as the room isn't trashed when you check out. It wasn't a problem just would have liked to know when I booked.

This Days Inn is best for its location when traveling on 81N through Roanoke. Although the noise didn't bother me, I could hear the traffic on the highway from my room when the A/C unit wasn't humming. It is a basic, clean hotel - just what I needed for a one-night stay while traveling. I felt safe and comfortable while there.

The hallways and rooms should be updated with a fresh coat of paint.

everything was great! From checkin, to parking, to cleanliness, convenience and comfort. The towels were soft & fluffy and so were the pillows. Super clean in every corner of the room and bathroom. Just so glad I chose to stay here. I traveled alone and met friends in town later. I felt safe here. We had to laugh, because one of my friends booked here too! And she was pleased as well :-) thank you

this property is right off of 81, and secluded. we are from GA and have PLENTY of Days Inn which are typically CRAWLING with drug addicts and prostitutes. so we were happy that we took the risk based off pictures. the note was clean, updated, and the customer service was amazing!

The carpets seemed sticky, the AC’s are SUPER loud, and I would consider trading up the breakfast options.

Staff at check in and check out very friendly and personable. Room was large and very cleanly. Close location to highway was the reason I booked hotel. Gas station and a place to eat right across the road. Typical continental breakfast with many cold food items. There was a waffle maker for those that like them. As long as there is coffee, I'm happy.
