The room was clean and fresh. there was ample supplies in the bathroom with shampoo, condition and body wash in the shower, hand soap for the sink. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although it isn’t a dislike the lobby and breakfast rooms were under construction so finding the correct way to the check in was a bit confusing.

Breakfast was very good! Great coffee! Beds/pillows were comfy. Staff was friendly+room well stocked. Easy on+off the highway. TV worked well.

Disappointed the pool was under renovation. This wasn't noted on website or we would've gone somewhere else. Fridge was loud+sticky from spill.

Really clean updated rooms good sized rooms. Great breakfast plenty of food and fruit. Welcoming nice staff. Someone was at the desk all night.

The second smoking area needs better seating with good lighting.

Got there and was told that they didn't see any reservations for us. It took about 30 minutes to find it.

The location and price were definitely a plus.. but the real asset was the people.. Antoine checked us in, recommended some restaurants and was very helpful.. the young man who checked us out the next morning was delightful and had conversation with us..we both said we would return here.. the facility has everything you need and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.. The furnishings are a little tired looking but definitely serviceable..

Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Room was clean (bonus was the wonderful smelling shampoo/conditioner and soap!) Breakfast was hot and had plenty of choices.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very polite. Breakfast was ok.

Need to list that the pool is closed. We stayed one night on our way to TN and the only reason we stayed here was the pool. The kids were excited about the pool. Then we find out that the pool is closed when we arrived. It was very disappointing. I would have never stayed here if I would have known.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon. It was very clean and organized well! The sheets smelled good and the room was very spacious.

The mattress was absolutely terrible and the pillows much too thick. The bathroom was not too clean.
