Great location and friendly staff. Rooms exceptionally clean. Loved that I had a place to work out while on a mini vacation for my 1yr old granddaughters pageant. I was in shopping 🛍 heaven because malls and restaurants were 5 minutes of the hotel.

The keys didn't work. Had to keep going to get new keys for room after 2 full days of shopping 🛍. I can't stress enough that there was not enough parking and renovations were also being done and the contractors were taking about 4-5parking spots at one time. Also didn't like that the windows didn't open. I love to get a breeze when I wake up and going to bed.

The Staff was excellent. The Front Desk person, Art, was phenomenal. I had a family emergency and he helped me to figure out things and made my life so much easier. I couldn't Thank him enough. He went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. Excellent Customer Service!

The grounds could be kept a little nicer. Rooms should be reviewed periodically. My toilet seat was loose and a light was out in the bathroom. I forgot to tell the front desk. The room isn't very well lit. The bed was a bit worn.

Doing a review for my parents who was in the 2nd room I had during our stay The room was nice, the size of the bathroom for handicapped access was huge.

We needed to have a shower that my dad could walk into due to mobility issues. We asked several times during check out and was told that room 130 had a walk in shower for handicapped access. It did not. While i was at the VA hospital with my dad for surgery my mom took my daughter to get something to eat at the restaurant on site. She said that it looked like the restaurant had been closed for months with no sign of what the hours were. My mom also said that their TV would keep freezing and was impossible to watch on some channels which caused a very cranky 4 year old.

My 4 year old loved the swimmy pool as she calls it. The beds were so comfortable. We are currently going thru a situation at home and didn't want to go back home. It was so nice to be somewhere quiet and comfortable.

The fridge in my room was somewhat very loud when the compressor would turn on.

only one person working the bar and restaurant. the man was constantly on the go. he did well but pitiful there was only one person working the bar and restaurant!!!!!

The staff was very Helpful they were knowledgeable about dining options in the area. It was in a central location close to restaurants as well as grocery stores. The pet friendly rooms What a great option! with just a nominal amount to pay as a cleaning fee

I would’ve like to see a designated pet restroom area, But honestly they have so Mini patches of grass it was just fine

The room was clean and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, had two great nights of sleep.

The toilet flushed very slow and the based of the toilet was cracked and had a small leak.

Proximity to city center and close to shops, restuarants and activities.

Hotel is OUTDATED and in need of new carpet, furniture and paint.

Clean with courteous staff. Nice pool. Rooms were spacious and updated.

Their breakfast which included option for buying full service left a little to be desired. Nothing special.
