Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel

Location, cleanness, space for extended family, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff.

We were crunch in time, and website stated that breakfast was at 6:00am. It was a Saturday, so it was changed to 7:00am. We wait until opened ,but that push our schedule driving to New Jersey. Just update your website…people schedules are not always flexible. Further, we got there late and super tired after driving 14 hrs, and the sofa bed did not have sheets or extra towels in the room despite this reservation was made in advance with the number of adults and children on the group. When I called, I had to go downstairs to get the extra bedding,pillows, towels, etc…

Hotel was great smelled nice in lobby. Room was awesome! Clean and spacious enough for us 2. Son felt like he had his own room in livingroom. Liked that the restaurant stay open til 11. Food was good, fresh made to order. Breakfast was an amazing buffet went at 9 still lots of food. Staff was friendly. On site starbucks best my hot white chocolate mocha has ever been. Im from Concord area. Nice view out window. You can charge anything to the room if you want with card on file. Privacy sign on door housekeeping didn't disturb us. Chargers by bed. Desk if you need work done. Standing flat showers. I would definitely stay here again

No microwave. We brought our own. I prefer hot food on demand. Pool and spatub were closed but we knew that. Tv was a bit difficult only about 10ish channels. Netflix gave me a really hard time logging in. Nothing too bad a great hotel.

1. The linens and towels were clean but extremely rough feel. 2. The refrigerator did not cool adequately 3. No microwave in the room for cost. 4. You could tell it was an older hotel with modern updates. The heat/air unit was extremely loud when it turned on. 5. The TV (LG) kept glitching and continously say no service. 6. I've stayed in some Marriott hotels were the mattress and pillows were top tier(comfortable) No so much here.

The hotel accommodations and location were just grand. Bruce was an excellent host. We rested well, and breakfast was very good. I will be telling my friends about this great find!

This is not a complaint but an observation. We wish Bruce had more help. There seemed to be a shortage of employees the day we checked in, but Bruce was so pleasant and professional as he waited on a line of people. He's a champion in our eyes!

The staff were wonderful! They clearly care deeply about their guests and take pride in the wonderful service they provide. They also seemed to genuinely like each other and get along well as a team. The food and bar service also were excellent. Honestly, it is very to have that caliber of quality in an airport hotel. You should ask their leadership to share their insights and methods with others in your business because they get it so very right!

Everything was a pleasure. Ben, for short the person that was working at the bar was very friendly and it was a pleasure to have met him. Today we need to be around more nice people like Benjamen. What a real nice person. Thank you, to whom ever reads this. Thanks again Rolland and Lily.

Everything is very good apart from reception. There are weird handwritten signs saying not to bring your own food into the restaurant and the receptionist seemed like he didn’t normally work in any hotel let alone this one. So a very bad start but the rest was good. Benjamin in the restaurant is excellent and the food was also very good. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Reception and receptionist were atrocious

We liked everything only 2 hiccups as stated in my earlier comment⬆️ but wasn't a big deal the room.was really nice and clean which is ALWAYS a plus for me NO bug sightings the bed was comfortable room temperature was cold the way we like😄 cable and internet worked fine loved the shower as well the hallway carpet was so soft and felt plush like we really liked and enjoyed‼️💖

Microwave was down stairs & refrigerator didn't get cold only room temperature but it wasn't like a big deal

Quick check in. Staff was nice. Room was clean and awesome. My son flew out of the airport to Florida and being right next to there was awesome. There seemed to be several meeting rooms that could be used.

I wasn't told about room service or any other services that were available to patrons. They also did not tell me that the pool was closed.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a separate living area with sofa, a chair and a desk. There was also a small refrigerator and coffee maker. We got in late and left early but the staff was very accommodating. We were even able to leave our car there while on our trip for a much cheaper price than the airport.

The hot water took a long time but the shower was great!
