Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Airport

Nice layout of the the room and the balcony was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a breakfast included in this stay. We bought oatmeal at the restaurant that was watery and not hot. I gave the front desk a request for fixing the shower that was warm but not hot. The next day the front desk could not find the request but soon after fixed the shower.

This is the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional! Every single person I encountered was friendly and helpful. And it was evident that they thoroughly enjoyed working with each other. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. It was great having the free shuttle available to go to dinner at a nearby restaurant and to get to the airport. I can't say enough good things. Thank you so much!

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, everyone was very helpful and courteous. From the driver to the hotel to everyone I came in contact with.

It would have been nice to have a free breakfast but you can't have everything. Have everything. There were many other choices I could have made there though

The bed was comfy. It was a chill stay.

No one picked up the phone when I called the front desk. I had to walk to the front just to check and ask questions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the neatness and comfort of my room, and absolutely stunned by the great appearance of the hotel in general. The staff was very nice and helpful. My bed was so soft, and there were plenty of big fat comfortable pillows. There could be a few more cameras on the outside of the property, but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

There is nothing that I didn't like. I travel a lot for work and see a lot of poorly managed properties, but this wasn't one of them. I have nothing bad to say about my stay here. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and well stocked and our room was spacious and comfortable.

A mirror in the bedroom, outside of the bathroom would be nice. Light fixtures on both sides would also be desirable.

So glad picked this hotel. Truly a treasure to find. Was a great stay. Great staff. They're bar is, and food ordered was great! Nice atmosphere. Definitely, going back again.

Only thing wish there was a free continental breakfast.

Amazing staff. Hospitality was a high priority for them. So many smiles. "Smile your at the Courtyard!" Felt like part of the family.

Did not see anything that could be done better.

The staff was very friendly and so were the shuttle drivers. This was my 2nd time staying and I plan on using them every time I travel to the U.S.!

The location is a main street a lot of traffic and lower budget hotels around so brings different kind of people in the area
