Motel 6-Sandston, VA - Richmond, Va

Property location was perfect for our purposes. First impression was a check in with Grace, who was so friendly and cheerful that it set the tone for the rest of our stay. We really liked the fridge and microwave in the room and the LVP flooring instead of carpet was great. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything clean for us.

While the bed and the room was comfortable, the pillows were so lumpy and hard and misshapened it was miserable.

The room is close to the event I came into town to attend. Room is always clean & comfortable & worth the price. Located near plenty of restaurants & other things to visit. Will be back in October!! See you all then!!

I have no complaints. Rooms are always clean. Staff is helpful. Keep up the great work!!

SOME OF THE PEOPLE BE LOUD OUTSIDE THERE ROOMS INSTEAD OF BEING IN THERE ROOMS BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE MINE OUR BUSINESS AND TRY AND SLEEP THROUGH IT BECAUSE WE BOTH WORK 5 SOME TIMES 6 DAYS A WEEK

They must have recently renovated their rooms because I was very impressed with the room. It was up-to-date and very clean. I would definitely come back here.

I was gone most of the night but when I came back in the morning someone had already come to clean my room. I would think that you would wait at least until after checkout.

Clean room, maids were very good, brought us extra towels and supplies. Front desk staff was friendly...Had a pleasant stay and close to the airport....Very convenient.

A few other guest were a little noise at times...

It was a very easy check in process. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that I didn't like was the cigarette odor as soon as I walked in the room. I would have appreciated some shampoo in the bathroom.

There was no breakfast due to the covid

I stayed a week and constantly had to plunge the toilet daily at least 20 times or more. The chair in out room made of cheap wood cracked making it very dangerous to sit in and I felt as if it were going to break so I warned everyone on it so no one got hurt. The door did not shut tight, we had to call for maintenance to fix the dead bolt that didn't work and it's still not right. You can see light and cold air coming through the opening. The cleaning staff didn't come by but every other day. Other than all that, the beds were very comfortable.

when i said i did not want the maid entering the room when i wasnt there she would come in anyway

Didnt expect for the room or bathroom to be so clean judging from the outside of the hotel. it was very clean

the only thing i didnt like about the room was the bathroom shower and the fact that the room is so small. i think the showerhead was installed in the wrong place bcuz it just didnt hit right and there was no way to adjust it

Pretty quiet until everyone wakes up at night. They will stand in front your door bouncing a basketball or playing loud music, but other than that it's a nice place to stay.

The beds in the room I had were advertised as queen sized when they are full sized beds.
