Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport

The breakfast was great. I especially liked the fact that a non-red meat and or poultry meat selections were offered. Everything remained well stocked and plentiful. The coffee too was very good. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

I was disappointed to discover that using Booking.com prevented me from accruing my points as a member of the Marriot Rewards program. I was also told that booking directly through the Marriott site would have given a guaranteed lowest price as a member of the rewards program. I was unaware that would be the case for using Booking.com for my reservations.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Extensive breakfast buffet with many choices. Very comfortable room and bed. I like having the body wash and shampoo in larger containers in the tub area. Also enjoy having access to coffee any time.

THe coffee pot in the room did not work. Also, it would be nice to know ahead of time that you hold a deposit before the pending withdrawal shows up in my bank account.

Nice and modern. The staff were very accommodating. Carolyn is a keeper, she was so nice and friendly.

It was very difficult to find the light switches for the bedside lamps and couldn't figure out how to turn off the light switch for the light over the coffee maker. It was rather comical to see my husband and I searching for the switches.

Very good breakfast, fresh pastries and bacon! Overall we were very pleased with the wonderful, kind staff. We arrived later than expected at night and the woman who checked us in was bright and cheerful, very much appreciated. The building, the rooms, are super clean. I loved that the parking area was well lit and safe.

Not pet friendly, but still a great stay.

Breakfast could have included a another meat besides only sausage. Bacon and sausage would have been perfect! turkey bacon would even suffice! Fresh fruit would have been delightful!

Clean great location! I’m a local a lived very close by for a while now an I didn’t know this hidden gem was here!! Very clean airport less than 5 mins tons of food a shopping!!

This is a fairly new location and it is already showing sign of problems. Also you had to be careful in room 109 when walking between bed and air unit not to hurt your feet. It felt like there was carpet tack strip in front of unit that would stick you if walked to close to air unit.

Clean, everyone was nice. It is also very close to the airport.

breakfast- they had ran out of pancake mix. I could hear the person in the next room talking- maybe the room is a little to thin.

The staff members were friendly and helpful.

There was a small trail of ants in the bathroom . Did not bother us that much. There were no garbage bags in the waste baskets.

The Arby's was always packed so getting past was a task
