The staff is incredible from the manager , whos very friendly and helpful, to the frint desk who is amaxxingly effiecient friendly and heloful and doesbt hesitate ro do watever needs ro be done ro housekeeping are all very friendly qnd the maintenance and groundekeepers work so hard qnd are so nice and do an amaxxxing job of keeping everything clean.. i believe its one of the better places to stay in richmonf for a good value

Inky complaint i have is side door needs to be fixed but theyre upgrading and painting wnd installing new cameras etc...wnd rn its an excellent oakce to be wnd quiet for the holiday which i love

The rooms were nice, although I didn't like whatever they used on the beds. It made the bed feel wet all the time. It was some kind of disinfectant.

The property manager was very crude and curt. The price was so over the top and they house the homeless, which is not a problem at all but we were homeless too and were told only a two week stay.

I loved the fact that it was close to the airport and it was clean. The third floor was a bit Smokey and it had cigarette burns throughout the room.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the staff behind the desk. He was a bit rude, and didn’t really make the guest feel welcomed.

The room was a little sterile in decor but was comfortable enough for a one night stay. I was checked in quickly and couldn't hear people in other rooms.

The breakfast was being torn down 10 minutes prior to the close time and the staff wouldn't refill anything. Seems like this is more of a hotel for people who don't have home than travelers.

The tv didn't work. I couldn't look at tv. Someone came in a put the channel where it need to but it would keep getting off the channel it need to be on. So that would need to be work on.

I love how clean the lobby was it smelled nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The knobs in the bathroom were broke off nothing too serious still enjoyed my stay.

Convenient to the expressway to get back home.

Even though it was a continental breakfast there was no butter for oatmeal. No cream cheese for thr bagels and there was NO variety with the muffins. My bed was broke it kept falling off the frame. The sheets and pillowcase had stains. (Good thing I always bring my own)

Staff was hospitable. Excellent location.

Toilet paper holder broken. TV was not connected. Smokers were right outside next to the main entrance. Breakfast food had poor selection and ran out too early.

Was. nice.comfortable place to spend the night on our way to our destination. Would be a good place to stay longer of needed.
