Several cars had wheels and lug nuts stolen. You have to pay to park, but there is minimal security for your car. I called when I realized I would not arrive for the first night, but wanted to. keep the other nights. I knew I had to pay for the missed night, but didn’t want to cancel the reservation. The person I spoke to indicated that she was at the desk and understood exactly what I wanted. When I arrived the next night, there was no one at the desk (about 9:30 pm) and guests were looking for the desk attendant. After about 30 minutes someone showed up, a replacement called in from home. My reservation had been cancelled, but the replacement found us a room and gave us an accommodation for our trouble. A very nice lady.

There were ants in the room though staff came and sprayed.

The room was very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and with a lot of natural light (we were οn the fourth floor). The staff was friendly and helpful. There was much selection in breakfast. Overall, we are very pleased with our one-night stay at the hotel (five adults and a young toddler), and certainly it was great value for money.

Only small details in one of our two rooms that could have been taken care of: one of the sliding doors of the wardrobe had been unhooked from the top and did not move; one of the window panels had likewise been unhooked from one side (but was stable in position); a drawer knob was missing; a tile in the bathroom had been broken and hastily glued.

Clean and comfortable, large room

Was asked to pay for parking. That was not acceptable. They waive it. Spray used to disenfect was over powering in the hallways. I asume this was for covid, but it was almost sickening.

The bathroom shower was beautiful and spotless!

This is no fault of the staff, but there was a man hanging out in the waiting area where the tv was. He morosely watched me and others as they came in. I went downstairs twice, to my car and for a delivery, and he was still there. He mad me in uncomfortable.

Spacious room with all necessary kitchen utensils. Great breakfast!perfect for me and family with small children.

That the pool didn't open until 1pm, by that time there is hardly any sun,also need a bigger garbage can in the kitchen

Would have given a 10 if not for an issue with the first room. But the front desk clerk immediately assigned us to a new room. Best pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Very good hot breakfast was included.

$100 pet fee seemed a bit steep but was worth it.

The room was perfect for us to gather with local family we were visiting. Local diner provided food. Spouse and myself slept well despite being on a major road.

Ugh, unused packaged condoms found in night stand!
