I ALWAYS look forward to staying here because of Genie and her team in the restaurant! Their morning routine with the breakfast is Excellent and Exceptional! This is the only part of this hotel that has had mainstay staff for over 7 yrs. that I have visited there. That is quite remarkable. The food is ALWAYS so Yummy. I also appreciate the location being easily accessible to everything.

The check in and checkout process. There were some glitches and errors... that should not have occurred. However, Tim was excellent at helping to correct the issues.

the breakfast was as expected. It was extremely well done. The hotel evening reception was more than I thought. The front desk staff were professional and courteous. The evening reception staff was as well.

The room quality was poor. The cleaning staff did a poor job. There was dust and dirt, especially in the living room area. the couch was so dirty my husband and I went to the front desk and complained. There was no way anyone could have looked at the sofa and thought someone would be okay with it. We requested a sheet or something to cover the sofa so we could use it. The request was honored. This was a disappointment, as well as the rips in the carpet in the living room area. I have been to this location before and chose it for my stay because of the quality I had expected from before. So disappointed on the cleaning staff.

Embassy suites has been out go to hotel in many cities over the years. We like the size of the suites and certainly the delicious breakfasts in the morning. When we have events in Washington DC we always stay at athe Springfield location. And I recommend it to friends and family.

Paying for parking is absolutely ridiculous when there is nothing else near. There is no OnStreet parking so it's not like you have a choice. And isn't the parking supposed to be for the guests? Isn't that why you built a parking lot to begin with. I think that's a major rip off. If the guests don't park there who the hell is going to park there?

The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The reception was great,a Dan relaxing. The entire stay here was excellent. Thank you for making it comfortable for me and my kids.

I request a double bed, but the beds were not available, they gave me a smaller room and didn’t change the price of my room for the inconvenience but we were still comfortable.

We stayed here the night before and the night after our wedding. We loved this place!! We had both sides of the family in the hotel. We planned to go to a restaurant for our rehearsal dinner but the entire family chose to stay at the hotel because of the free happy hour and appetizers. Not to mention the restaurant in the hotel is incredible. Their fried calamari is love!! The kids got to reconnect at the pool. Theire is a huge lobby/reception area. The staff is so friendly. I came back to the hotel in my wedding dress and the staff all congratulated us. We lost our key, but the hotel allows you to unlock your room with the app. I can't say enough good things about the Embassy suites. Thank you for adding to such an amazing marital experience for our entire family!

The elevators close to fast. My 8 year old son got stuck in one trying to exit with us. Luckily another guest saw me panic and she helped locate my son.

suite was spacious. breakfast was great. cooked to order omelettes were very good, plates, glasses & utensils were not disposable. pool and fitness room were free and not busy. complementary reception in the evening was a nice refreshment

waffles at breakfast were cold and dry hot water could take some time to get to the shower.

Great breakfast, really awesome. Room was super quiet. Comfy room, manager was taking care of a spill on the elevator as we arrived. Seemed to really be on point for taking care of guests. Beautiful facility. Very nice hotel, super friendly staff everywhere we looked. Bed was comfy, liked the curtains that blacked out but had sun shades, too, if you wanted the natural light. Big bathroom, lots of extra towels that were fluffy and soft.

Check in was pretty good, probably would be good to let us know we needed a parking pass first, so we didn't have to go back out in the 19F temp to put something on our car. Just a bulletin text or note to us when we are close to reservation date would help, so we know that and can leave car right by front door instead of moving it, to find out it's far and we have to walk to take the pass out to it again. Thought we had reserved a larger room (we're used to Embassy Suites having a suite, where the bedroom is separate from the little sitting area, this was one full room), but the room we got was fine. Shower needed extra cleaning on the floor, had a piece or two of someone's hair on it, but otherwise room was very, very clean.

how close it was to the highway. and how quiet it was even being that close to the highway. you never would have known! we were there for a quick overnight stay on our way home to NH. I wish we took part in the complimentary happy hour and snacks in addition to breakfast. The hotel and staff was so accommodating. it was very clean and quiet.

the bedding was damp when we got to our room. the staff kindly moved us to a new room but the bedding was also damp in that one. I think it was just condensation. the fridge wasn’t that cold.

The cleanness of the facility, the helpful waitresses at breakfast , at the manager special and dinner. Great and helpful staff at restaurant..

I did not like the fronk desk staff who was working the morning shift during our next day stay (Friday morning). I asked for couple bottle of water and she refused to give me. Her reason is that they gave us few bottle of water when we checked in, the day before!!!!!! Is this customer service, I have my kids with me. A bottle of water cost less than 10 pennis from bjs!!!what a shame....

Location and hotel design and staff made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly waitress staff serving at breakfast.

Not a full set of bath towels, iron board missing from room. TV did not work I the bedroom. Upon signing in when to the guest restroom in the lobbie area and someone had defesicated in the men urinal.
