Breakfast and the breakfast room was amazing and the staff were also wonderful!

We actually had a bad experience when we first checked in. Our room (connecting room )was apparently located next to a room with a very loud party that obviously had more than four occupants in it. They were very loud past the curfew, quiet hours, and it did not seem like the staff had it under control. Finally with much Pressure, they gave us a new room. But we had to be almost rude to get another room.

I ALWAYS look forward to staying here because of Genie and her team in the restaurant! Their morning routine with the breakfast is Excellent and Exceptional! This is the only part of this hotel that has had mainstay staff for over 7 yrs. that I have visited there. That is quite remarkable. The food is ALWAYS so Yummy. I also appreciate the location being easily accessible to everything.

The check in and checkout process. There were some glitches and errors... that should not have occurred. However, Tim was excellent at helping to correct the issues.

Everything was just so great, this place is worth every penny. The staff were very polite, the place was clean and I just have no words for the breakfast. So far the best place I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, there were also some ladies that would take your finished plates away. I mean I have no complaints, if you are planning on coming here, trust me you’ll have no regrets.

The room was beautiful. I felt like I was at a very high end hotel. Plus the layout was a lot more modern than that of other embassy suites I’ve stayed at before which was a perk for me.

No continental breakfast! The hotel is literally next to nothing so you will have to drive a few miles to get to stores and decent food.

Thought the hotel and breakfast was amazing BUT coffee ran out juice machine wasn’t working and downstairs toilets weren’t flowing . I’ll assume it was a water issue and NO decaf machine the lady was nice enough to make me an instant cup. Staff in food lounge were very friendly . Overall I would stay again

the breakfast was as expected. It was extremely well done. The hotel evening reception was more than I thought. The front desk staff were professional and courteous. The evening reception staff was as well.

The room quality was poor. The cleaning staff did a poor job. There was dust and dirt, especially in the living room area. the couch was so dirty my husband and I went to the front desk and complained. There was no way anyone could have looked at the sofa and thought someone would be okay with it. We requested a sheet or something to cover the sofa so we could use it. The request was honored. This was a disappointment, as well as the rips in the carpet in the living room area. I have been to this location before and chose it for my stay because of the quality I had expected from before. So disappointed on the cleaning staff.

Breakfast was pretty good. Food from the grill for dinner was very good. Happy hour is the best thing going, two free drinks and some snacks, great way to relax at the end of the day.

The location isn’t bad, it’s near the highway…but there isn’t anything that exciting nearby. More of a business hotel than anything

Very nice upscale hotel.Enjoyed the suite experience and dog friendly.The breakfast was the best I ever had at any hotel,especially the cook who made eggs and omelettes

I didn't like that the coffee to go was not accessible to you if you had a dog with you.The location should be where dog owners could reach

Towels - very rough No facial soap No water glasses No pad and paper No one answers the in room phone to desk Soap dispenser at sink attached to I wall gets Soap on counter- poor location

I did not like the parking fee. Also had to ask for bedding for pull out. Not a big deal but it should have been in room. No extra blankets either. Other than those small issues it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. A bit over priced in my opinion also.
