I love that I can get a very very nice room in a great hotel and pay a very good price too. I like that it is clean, comfortable, and I feel safe in my room alone. The location is just far away from home to enjoy going back and looking forward to my next stay there.

This time in particular the remote didn't work very well but that's a small thing so no big deal. I don't watch too much TV anyway. Otherwise, it's always a pleasure staying there.

The room was nice and quiet until the Fire alarm sounded at 2:30 AM, waking us up. At 4:15 AM, we had to go to the staff to get an update and were told that there was no fire and we could return to our rooms. The Fire service reset the alarm about half an hour after we returned to our rooms.

I booked with the option of having breakfast included; however, the price of breakfast was deducted from my credit card. I showed proof of our booking to the front desk staff that included breakfast, and he assured me that he would address this issue and have the payment reversed. The bathroom was a bit cramped as it contained the toilet and the Bathtub in a tiny room.

Location was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were awesome! Staff was very friendly. I would 100% stay here again. Parking is also free which is a huge plus!

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. There were a few little decorative things that could be taken care of. For example our walls had some wallpaper seams coming apart. Other than that which is very minor the hotel is great.

The cleanliness, convince of mall across the street from hotel, adequate wash clothes and towel available, comfy bedding.

The person attitude at check in. Was as if they weren't happy to have a job. I asked about breakfast included in package. I wasn't sure so I inquired and she said idk this is a third party deal so look at what you selected when ordered. I have been here before and staff was pleasant and helpful but her whole attitude killed the experience I am used from this location. I understand that it's covid but they should make people aware that the amenities aren't operational now due to covid. Not have a sign posted on doors of exercise room, pool and stuff of the sort. Also I notice that when selecting rooms, that we had an option for smoking and non smoking. This facility is smoke free completely.

We stopped just one night on our way home to NY. Good location right off the highway with lots of parking. Nice restaurant/bar on site..small menu but good wine selection and the bartender Amina was great!! Had a good size room..huge TV, desk and chair with reading lamp. Very comfortable bed and pillows..shower with great water pressure. Hilton never disappoints.

Old hotel but well maintained. Nice young gentleman at front desk when we checked in.

Breakfast is not worth it. Front desk at checkout seemed annoyed with us. We had a food charge on our bill and we were told it’s for “taxes” although we had several taxes on the bill. We still don’t know what it was for. The towels we requested on our first night never made it to the room.

I liked the location it was close to shopping and eateries. The staff was great! I think one young ladies name is Ashley and one of the gentlemen name was Brandon...sorry for not remembering the others but they all deserve kudos for being very friendly, professional and courteous.

It advertises that the Restaurant on the property is open as well as other amenities which were not. I also could not use my laptop unless I was in the lobby a bit of a convenience. I wish they would have had better grab-n-go breakfast options. I wasn't even aware of the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches until the day I actually checked out.

Everything was brand new and relatively unpopulated. Site provided good access to places we wanted to go. Restaurant was even newer and not quite ready--but very friendly, good food, good service, and good conversation. Drake made good use of Fitness Room

Some question whether any breakfast was prepared--but plenty of hot coffee.

The staff is amazing and the location of this hotel is perfect, as it is right across the street from Springfield Town Center

There may be slight highway noise at times, but nothing bothersome to me personally as I live in a busy city

I love the extra security features that came with the hotel stay. The staff was very friendly and everything I needed was available right in the room , and if it wasn’t it was no hesitation to receive it from the staff.

The pool wasn’t available, I was really looking forward to a swim.
