The staff were very kind And understanding to my needs and delivered as well. I could not have asked for a better Person that served breakfast in the morning his name is Preston.

The only thing I didn't like was the room 🚪 was very heavy and loud opening and closing it. Other than that everything was greathing was great and oh except for they need a hot tub! But the pool was very warm and enjoyed it during the snowfall we just had.

The pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, nice rooms.loved the huger walk in shower.

I booked the first stay 6 months in advance, my one request was to have adjoining rooms, or very close together. They were about 6 rooms down the hall. I booked the return trip before leaving. Asked for adjoining rooms. Was told only a king suite was adjoining, I said okay. Still several rooms away from each other. Breakfast was okay, not great.

I liked all the options for breakfast. The waffles were too sweet for me but I had lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable and I had no issues with noisy neighbors. I loved the outdoor space since I prefer to eat outside.

No toothpaste available in the room or front desk.

In fairness to the hotel and staff, winter weather limited staff and food supplies, so breakfast was not very good. Coffee was good...and abundant, and it was available after breakfast. Pastries were also good. A good variety of cups of yogurt and small cartons of milk were also available.

There was no hot cereal, e.g., oatmeal or grits, nor were there hot waffles. Sausage patties were "veggie"(overcooked and tough) and an unappetizing in appearance and taste actual pork sausage patty,

Hello I'm pretty tired, and I Jo waller was woken up by a noise around 6:20ish called the front desk. I was told they had a complaint before its probably a piece of something from the air condtioner they have to put it back in place They should fix it. Now my husband up, we wanted to sleep in till 11. We are tired and have a long drive. But no one is here and the lady can't leave the front desk. This is not good for what we pay for. The Waller family UPDATE I spoke to two lovely ladies, they refunded my card. I was shocked, so I changed my review cause it shows to me that they really cared. I notice they had a maintenance person doing work for the hotel. Thank you for doing what is right, big companies don't really care. It could have been something worse and someone get hurt, or so. Have a great day

We have stayed in this are before at some not so great hotels. I booked this hotel based on the reviews! The reviews were right and it is the best hotel by far in this area. Worth the extra $$. Extremely clean. Staff pays attention to detail.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like!!

When I travel to Waynesboro for work I always stay here. It's clean and the staff is amazing.

Breakfast is below average, pretty much the same thing everyday. Everything was cold.

We were pulling a trailer. There really wasn't any parking for that without taking up several spaces. My husband and I both use a CPAP device to sleep. There were not any electrical outlets in between the double beds. Not very accommodating.

Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, not bad, but not great.

The pillows on the beds offer NO support. I plan on staying here again but will ask for additional pillows.

What I expected in a Fairfield Inn room. Tops vs FF Inns in Charlotte, NC, Harrisburg, PA, Watertown, NY, and Pooler, GA on our trip.

NC - no hot water. PA - old, NY - old, GA - old.
